Arrived after the event!! Even though we ordered 4 days before the event, flowers didn't arrive until the day after the event was over, very disappointing 😔

I paid for and expected the delivery to be made on Tuesday 21 May 2024. The delivery was made on Friday 24 May 2024. Three days late! I emailed Bunches about this on Friday 24 May 2024 but I have not received a reply. I’m very disappointed. I have used Bunches many times in the past and recommended them to friends.

I've never seen what the flowers from this company actually look like until today as I've ordered before, but I was very disappointed when I saw the results. Despite paying extra for a larger bouquet, what arrived was very small indeed. A discount was applied to the order but it seems the discount reduced the volume too. The only good thing I would say is the packaging. The flowers are well wrapped. Not sure I'll order from here again.

I recently received a bunch of flowers from Bunches which arrived in a flat box. Initially, I was disappointed because the flowers were wilting and didn't look great. However, I followed the instructions enclosed and the following day they had perked up and looked lovely. A few days on and they still look just as good.

It was easy to order, my aunt was impressed with the flowers, cake & card, everything from your company was superb. The delivery driver failed to knock on my aunts door & left the flowers outside, but she still loves them.
