Order 12435074.as usual I had a beautiful white bouquet sent to my friend on her birthday and she was thrilled This time she was 90 and you didn’t disappoint .even when we don’t see her till a couple of week after her birthday there is always some of her flowers there .Thank you once again .

Delivered on time however sunflowers were wilting.

The plant, a peace lily, I ordered for my sister when she moved home arrived at her new home on the day requested, in perfect condition. She was absolutely over the moon to receive it.

Awful company. Pretend to be a Christian company when all they worship is money. Customer support manager should go back to waiting tables and pulling pints which is all she is fit for.

Bitterly disappointed with the quality of the flowers. £29.71 spent on flowers that were tiny and nothing like the picture. Lasted no where as long as flowers brought from local supermarket.

Never had a problem with delivery. And the feedback has always been good.

Rainbow Galaxy arrangement sent as a birthday gift from my son arrived a day late. The price he paid for what is essentially a bunch of carnations with 3 browning roses & crushed alstromeria is laughable if it didn't make me want to cry that he's wasted £29 of his hard earned money. Am awaiting their response.

Ordered the ‘rhubarb & custard’ bouquet for a friend going through a rough time. They arrived when stated however the volume of blooms from the photograph on the bunches web page to what arrived was massively different. I contacted customer services with a photo of what had arrived which to me seemed self explanatory. However they then wanted a ‘stem’ count!!! I have given them this information and I patiently await my asked for refund. Feel really awkward asking my friend who is really going through a horrible time to count how many stems were delivered! Certainly won’t be using again! Wish I could enclose a photo of what was advertised and what was received!

Easy to order, arrived on time and my friend loved them

I was very disappointed. A small scanty bunch of flowers received, not at all as described or shown on website. I could’ve bought the same at a local Supermarket at a fraction of the cost. Needless to say, I will not be using Bunches again.

The only thing I need to say is that whenever we wish to send flowers by post we use Bunches. Always.
