Always delivered on time and the service and product has never disappointed

Ordered what looked like a beautiful bunch online for my mums birthday. The bunch that arrived is nothing as depicted online and half the size. I’d get a better bunch from Tesco petrol station and I’m not kidding.

The parcel of peonies arrived when expected and to add to the surprise my wife was at home to answer the door to the postman! The flowers have lasted and are still good at the time of emailing. Charles

We had heard about Bunches through a friend so when we needed an urgent "thinking of U" gesture we thought we would give bunches a try. Was so easy to order and pay. And the little note was perfect to go with them. Delivered really quickly and the recipient was overwhelmed by them so in our eyes, job was done and so quickly. Bunches are our new found love!!!!! 🫶

Normally I have always been pleased with your flowers but on this occasion, the flowers received were not comparable to the picture and did not improve with time either.

Flowers are always of good quality and I have just used the card service for the first time - appears good.

Pay £4 for delivery on a certain day just to not have the item delivered. Useless and customer services refuse to help

The flowers that were delivered were beautiful. Delivery was within two days of ordering, and tracking made it really easy for me to be certain they had been delivered. I have used bunches a lot over the years and never have I been disappointed

Ordered a stunning bunch of flowers off the internet from Bunches - however what arrived can only be described as a £10 bunch from a local supermarket! Customer services were shocking and just tried to say that their senior florist saw nothing wrong with them! Have used previously but will never use again!

I opted for Bunches because a local florist didn't deliver on a Sunday and they were honest and clear enough to specify that. Bunches gave a Sunday delivery option for some of their items so I opted for one that specified a Sunday delivery. It arrived on Monday, not the Sunday as selected. I quote your reply to a previous reviewer who also didn't receive items on the date selected 'Our Tracked 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 93% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. We do recommend that an upgraded courier service is selected if a guaranteed date is required.' There are no guarantees in life so I don't expect a 100% chance of delivery but if you'd mentioned these statistics at the time of ordering I would have reconsidered. Also, no other courier option was offered or I would have paid extra for guaranteed Sunday delivery. What use is it to send flowers to a loved on what turns out to be someone else's birthday?

Not very happy that company accepted my order to be delivered on a certain day, however the flowers were not delivered until 2 days later and not in a great state. If you can't deliver on the date you accepted the order for, you shouldn't be accepting the orders. Overall, not a happy customer!

Easy to order, good communication until delivery, then confirmation they had arrived. My friend was really pleased with them.
