My e-mail request for information was extremely garbled as a result of sending in bright sunlight as I couldn't really see the screen I was typing on so the body of the message was in the subject field and subject to character restriction. Somehow, Pierre figured out what my question involved and gave me a detailed response that covered every aspect of my problem. I don't know how he did it! Now that's customer service!! This company is terrible. I requested my funds several times & after over a week I have yet to receive my funds or an explanation why I haven't received them. I will never do business with Glint again or recommend them. I am still waiting for my money, but am beginning to think I might not even receive them.

Your customer service / support team have been very helpful, informative and have always managed to resolve any issues I have had. It has been easy to purchase and use the app.

Fees are higher than expected. May cancel soon. Card sending fee. Insurance fee. Buy fee. Where does it end.

Simple steps to getting involved. Although I was charged on my ATM card (funding card) and out of my purchased gold, to pay for a Glint card. It was handled a corrected within a day.

The new app is much easier to use. I appreciate the opportunity to purchase gold in a safe and convenient way. This was my first time to use the app and I look foward to receiving my card and to purchasing more gold. Thanks for being a great company! Suzette

Very easy to use

Took a MAJOR effort to finally get some dough transferred into Glint. Pulled every string I had at 5/3 for them to stop characterizing GLINT as a "Fraud". Sure hope I've made the right decision. Only time will tell... You are my backup in preparation for the introduction of FED COIN US Digital currency. If/when that hits, I will move my checking and savings into glint.

Simple and functional user interface makes this app pretty useful.
