Customer Service representative vary good with my concerns

It was very easy to buy gold. I was not able to set up rescuing purchases

after weeks of trying to use their service filled the info numerous times, loaded the required documents multiple times, I get the ok at the end of the process, to get that please call call us, we need to finalize the process, called multiple times, no answer , sent an email, got an answer (from Ella) 48 hours later saying that we cannot accept your application and your account is closed, i did ask why. they said we cannot tell you. i guess it is better this way since they might take your gold and they do not have to justify it. there are better options out there.

I love buying gold! I also like using my gold! The debit card is a great option for purchases up to $5,000 and quick ATM withdrawls of $300. The mobile app is great to check gold prices, and to buy and sell.

I’ve been using Glint now for coming up to a year and I love it, I use the app to monitor the gold price and buy when the gold price drops, I would recommend getting the card for a small fee I’ve never had a problem using it, Customer Service is excellent literally second to none no run around you get to speak to someone which is a breath of fresh air.
