I like the fact of being able to buy, send, and spend gold instantly. It is very convenient. I hope this is truly a legitimate business and alternative to our banking system which is very unpredictable right now. It would also be better if the fees weren't so high. Thank you for making buying gold so easy.

The customer service was fantastic! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the initial problems with my credit card not going through. That was resolved and made for a great experience.

Easy site to use!

Well here is a bit of my story I am a Canadian so no card, have been a resident of the USA and have a US Bank Count and address but not all the ID required by Glint. When I was trying to make a deposit from my USA account Glints address always changed when I put in Glints postal code so i just could not trust where the deposit was going so I used a Canadian account which i did not what to do. When making the deposit on the app I seen the let up gold slot so I deposited what I thought would be US dollars and bingo it went into British pounds so I deposited a lot more money then intend. Now I have to figure out how I can withdraw funds, i could transfer funds into my sons account in the states and have him use his Glint card and then he would have to sent to me somehow, a bit of a pain. I like the over all idea of Glint

I'm new, but so far so good! It'd be nice if we added the business account feature and ability to access without need for a mobile device. I'll play close attention over the coming years to see how this develops.
