Really easy to set-up and navigate. Love being able to buy digital gold knowing that my investment is secure. Contacted customer service to chase my glint card which was delayed due to the bank holiday. Very quick response and my card turned up shortly after.

I heard about them and downloaded the app. Easy to use and add a card/bank. This is hands down a great place to buy gold. I needed some cash to withdraw and it gave me great assurance the security measures that were took to ensure it was my account the money was withdrawn to. I’m still investing and don’t plan to stop. Like the new iOS version, looks dope!

Glint came highly recommended and once I got going I understand why. It was easy to set up my account and get everything approved. I did struggle with topping up. I could not use ACH to move funds from my Bank account here to my Glint account. I did end up wiring money but it became a little costly on both ends. I wish there was a better way to move funds from my bank here to my Glint account. For that reason I am only giving four stars. Once funds were there it was very easy and quick to purchase gold I am looking forward to continue using glint, I just need to work out the top up.

I love everything glintpay has to offer! It easy to set up. I have been telling all Mt friends and Co workers to involve themselves with gold!

Glint is a brilliant concept and seems to work seamlessly but i am very concerned about the lack of filling of accounts with companies house which is showing overdue. Also the YouTube Channel Parallel Systems did a deep dive on Glints accounts and determined they are in the red an loaded up with debt so I do hope my share investment and current Glint balance do not disappear over night need more transparency in regards to the company finances at Glint. Also add Silver as its VAT free in Switzland!

The ease and options of buying gold

No one has responded to my questions yet I’m receiving a survey. I have emailed twice from two different accounts with no response. I needed to know if I can change my address and have a card mailed to my address in Mexico.

Spoke with an agent named, "Jen." Quite a great experience when speaking with her. She answered all of my questions with a very competent response. Though she couldn't answer my "hypothetical" questions, the did give insight to the future of where Glint gold is heading. Many of the questions were targeting the value of Glint vs other "gold" companies offering the same metal, but with less protection or access to your gold. Jen was very informative, knowledgeable, and wise in delivering her answers. She was kind, patient, and quite engaging in sharing her view on where gold was and it's future success. She took her time with me as a client and had a personable touch in her demeanor is assisting me. Quite a professional and a great asset to GlintPay! I am ready to tell all my friends, neighbors and relatives to make this vital move to Gold before the coming change in our currency climate. Opening the account, wiring the money from the bank to the account and converting it to gold was easy.

I give it a 3 star. Called customer service & left a vm in which it indicated would take 3 days to get back. Way to long! They never return my call, even after 3 days. The routing number for Sutton Bank is not recognized by my bank hence the reason for the call that was never returned. Really need help on this issue as it’s the only way I will fund my card.
