Very smooth sign up process, a little light on easy accessible guidance in relation to what you are actually buying and how secure it is once you ‘own it’. Yet at the same time, the app has useful, albeit fairly limited, functionality.

I went to the YouTube page to learn how to use the app and I will start to save goal more in the future. I was just curious about where are you buying your gold from.?

Ease of setup. Great that I could fund with my debit card.

First off I love the concept & love your product & the fact that my money is backed by physical gold! I setup a new account recently over this past weekend. I found the app & the process easy for the most part. I initially topped off the account by linking a debit card, but found out that there is a 3% fee to do so. Today I tried doing the ACH process to avoid the 3% fee & found it cumbersome & backwards to the way i think it should work. First, I tried to do the ACH through my account at a major USA bank & they would not do it due to the routing number. They did not like it & would not allow it. Next I tried my credit union & they do not facilitate a ACH transfer through their app or online to a third party. I am at a loss for how to do an ACH transfer to you. To me your process is backwards to the way other merchants accept ACH payments. On your app you should allow me the option to enter MY routing number & MY account number & then you handle the process on your end to request the funds from MY bank. I have recently purchased online & used ACH to do so & this is the way all merchants handle the process. No going to your bank to do it! Please fix it! Thanks!

Found it very easy to purchase as the site stated and had no hassles checking my purchase on the app which I can monitor anytime. The only reason why I gave a 4 star and not a 5 star was because I’m now having problems opening the app after updating it.

First time buying gold and it was surprisingly easy to both add money via linked accounts, and to buy gold. Wish the fees were less, however.

I have got everything easy impressive technology and user friendly to use gold as cash.
