Seamless transactions!

I really don’t know how to feel about Glint. It’s not a bad company and the thought of buying Gold is a good. I understand the company has to make money for their services and I don’t mind paying a for it, But you guys need to stop on all the stupid fees your taking from people that is just unnecessary. I really don’t know what more to say about it. Stop charging unnecessary fees.

My experience with Glint was very smooth once my verification was done. Just a little glitch getting it done but I know that they were very backed up at the time. I'm very happy with the outcome.

Straightforward

My account is set up and funded and I had to deal with Technical Support on a minor issue and dealt with a guy who was extremely polite and helpful and I was very impressed with the level of support that comes with them. I wholeheartedly recommend go out to anybody this even thinking about buying gold.

Very easy to set up the account .Clear precise instructions. Easy steps to follow and also with the click of a button you can change your money into gold. Wonderfull.

Very good customer service

i was referred to Glint and i did my research. i opened the account which was seamless. i did have some issues getting money in to my account. The problem really comes down to communication. getting through by phone is a waste of time. they want you to email, which is fine, but there are times you need answers quicky. as an example. i wired money in to my account. i got confirmation that the money went out, but it was hours later that i heard from someone by email (after i had sent them at least three) that there was a problem with my deposit. i had to send proof that it was from me?!?! i work in the financial services industry and we wire client money all around the world. never have we heard this stuff nor have we ever seen it take this long. we were scrambling on my end because we actually though it was fraud. BTW...no one answered the chatting feature either. in the end, we figured it out and everything is good. but the company is not making it easy and my confidence was a bit rattled for a while . i moved my cash to gold today and i am feeling much better. Glint....your service is new to a lot of people. you need to help us help you. customer service is always very important. kick it up a notch and lets all get back to protecting ourselves from this KAOS!
