I like how easy it was to sign up and make a purchase. I dislike how complicated it is to exchange for physical gold. There isn't even a set price. I want physical gold other wise, i could never know if i own anything. I also don't like how i can't track my card. It would be awesome if i could trade crypto for gold as well.

I've been using GlintPay since May 2021, and have never left a review, so thought it about time! Now used daily, a fundamental part of my financial risk management. I've only ever had cause to contact customer services once, and that was a great service an resolved within hours a problem that I had created. Used for trading, saving, spending, sending and hedging, the new app I'm trialling is excellent, so easy to use, as such I'm struggling to find anything to feedback on which could improve, perhaps it just suits me as it is. Cannot recommend this highly enough, especially for those who have concerns about balance levels in banks, which today is more relevant than ever, for me it offers a level of protection I need in a space, I believe will show significant growth, exposure to physical gold, with acceptable fees.

Very easy to get started and use!

Glint has real live persons taking my phone calls. They even called me back although I didnt leave any messages, just I assume by seeing my phone number. They also provided answers to all my questions. Although it stands behind it's belief in the Gold standard, it also pre-warns that the gold could experience it's down ad well as it's ups/perks! The company appears to be optimistic in future endeavors to improve the peoples experiences. It provides blog like information on a regular basis. I like the Master Card although the gold on the lettering is fading and it appears by it's look that I could have had it for years and it's only been some weeks. It's production of a classier, cleaner looking, fade resistance card should be consider especially for the fee charged. Overall love the look and the concept of the company. P.S. I have talked to other potential clients to sign on to Glint and what I have found out is there needs to be a referral program. A referral program would generate much more activity (a difinitive notation mention by Glint staff which would create more financial freedom aimed at gold being used instead of the fiat and become wide scale use by many). I spoke with someone with Glint and they mentioned it has (a referral program) been taken into consideration for the future. If it happens I have potential clients ready to take that leap with me to provide a boost to my efforts to reach out them and others, giving them the same mindset and possible incentives in this Glint company's current and future market and adventures as well as change to this old coming to an end system!
