I was so eager to get out of my bank I made a huge error and my account didn't populate with the funds transferred. Make sure you use the correct reference sent to you! When I spoke to an agent on the Monday, I sent other proofs, and, although this was insufficient, more proof (Joint account name!) was needed, which was requested within the same day, and the next day my account was populated with my funds, which I then switched apart from £10 into gold. Feels safe. No freebies - you have to pay for your card (hence the £10 held back, it costs £7.xx...), but I know mainstream banks have provided these free... but at what cost... very happy, very satisfied

Account setup was straightforward and app is relatively easy to use. Haven’t needed to use customer services as yet so cannot comment. Time will tell if it’s a worthwhile investment option but all good so far.
