Some banks will not accept the routing # for ACH transfers because the Glint routing # is connected to an app. I had to use a larger national bank.

Here are some additional features that might help: 1) an option for recurring buys 2) an option for setting up alerts and notifications when market is down by x% 3) referral bonus for friend and family referral 4) generating a new pin for the debit card took more than 30seconds to receive sms text. Can improve on speed. 5) option to buy silver, platinum would be great 6) Multifactor authentication with Google Authenticator to enhance security

The new app upgrade has been great thus far. It is easier to read and follow and purchasing gold is easier as well. I also like that it gives the value of your gold in real time. Perhaps the old app showed this but it’s definitely clear on the new app.
