Simple straight forward app - very clear and easy to use

I'm in Colorado as well and because Glint is in the US made it possible for us to participate in this program. I appreciate the ability to earn gold as prices and value goes up.

The speed in which money is pulled out of my account. It is super quick, which I like. However, I recently purchase the wrong product. And have now waited 5 days for my balance to be corrected even though monies were refunded but amounts are still pending. Why does it take so much longer to credit a refund back into my account.

Easy to set up account. My bank didn't do ach transfers so had to wire funds in but once that was done funds showed up in fiat dollars, which I converted to grams gold with a a single key stroke.

Repeatedly unable to login to my account on the app. So app seems unreliable.

There was hardly any wait when I called for help. The woman assisting me was well informed, clear and also quite able to see everything I was dealing with. I never felt anything but friendly support.

So simple to open an account and so easy to get a card to use anywhere. I need to shop if you need! Love the idea of having gold because the dollar is not worth very much anymore.

I liked the ease of the platform. I do not like the fees for funding account. That should be free. Fees for transactions are expected, however fees for funding account are too high.

It’s quit clear and easy to use. ie buying gold is pretty simple and also converting it back to your currency is superb and you actually get to keep your gold, even tho it’s liquid cash but it’s good. Another way of saving really for me and investing I suppose.
