So I have been waiting on a new card for Five months now emailed five times never got a response rang up to complain said they have sent the card out twice could have sent it sign for delivery as I’m paid for it and never received it (poor costumer services let’s see how far this gets me maybe a response back😂 joke

As a novice, I’m learning the ropes so not much experience yet but as far as the app and ease of use goes, a doddle to register and setup my account. I see this as an investment account or savings account. Not needed any help yet but the app layout seems very clean and easy to use. So far so good!

So far it good quick and easy to set up got through to customer service quickly. Answered my question in full.

Where is my money……. i did a transfer to my bank account and i got no receipt or record of transaction and my money never made to my account like it’s lost or something

I did not read this earlier, so 5 stars. "the gold owned by clients remains legally owned by them. Glint has no title over customers’ gold and the gold would be returned to customers."

Had an issue with crediting my account using my joint bank account. Glint customer services reply to messages realy fast and also helped me sort out the issue. Cant complain.
