United States | 08 December 2022The app is great, the banking couldn't be easier. Receiving my debit card was quick, problem free, and easy. Getting everything setup was clear, uncomplicated, and hassle-free. Unfortunately the extremely modest vault fee has dissuaded me from actually holding any assets with Glint and to instead rely on alternative options.

United States | 05 December 2022It was easy to set up my account and transfer. I was a bit shocked at the fees. Fees at every turn. Even a few for them to mail out a card to you. The fees are the only thing I have a problem with. Reduced fees would be great.

United Kingdom | 03 December 2022When I tried to register, I pressed the link to read the terms and conditions, and the screen just turns so black that the text is just so dark to be able to read. So that was a red flag for me. Don’t understand what happened but that’s an issue that needs to be addressed.

United Kingdom | 26 November 2022Brilliant company. App is easy to use and the fees are reasonable. I was with Goldmoney previously, but wasn’t happy with their customer service or fees. I highly recommend Glint.

United Kingdom | 22 November 2022In June I already rated Glint because their marketing department wanted to be faster than the reality: they nagged me into a review before I even had the Glint card yet. I expressed that I got annoyed about this behavior. Now I need to add other facts which paints a dubious behave. Which is absolutely giving the wrong impression. Once I sent money at Friday night. The money did not arrive before Monday! But their bank account was fed. Then I wanted to pay something. It did not work! Okay, just change some gold into GBP. The app immediately confirmed the successful transfer. Even here: this money appeared the Monday after! Guys, take that hint: other companies are using computers. Maybe sounding too modern for you. But I am travelling South-East Asia currently. And I do not wait until one of your practicians woke up and started to work. Or a full weekend until someone in England feels an urge to take action. The next hammer: Two Days back I wanted to take cash from an ATM in Bangkok: taking 20.000 Baht (roundabout 500 GBP) is obviously too much for a Glint card. Are you kidding me... Please add a point to your app where I can put or change a maximum transfer size. The next hammer about exactly the same transaction: regarding the experiance above I sold some gold ahead of time to have the funds for my planned trip: I had nearly 1000 Pounds available. Now - as I have that amount available - They sold gold for the 10.000 Baht I could finally pull out. Today I paid my hotel - they sold again. Why did I exchanged the money in the first place? Why was my first payment attempt unsuccessful? Do you need extra gold transfer fees to not get bankrupt? Can I use this card as my piggy bank only? It still feels that this company has to grow adult. @Glint: I trust you. And the idea to offer that card and service fits my ideas very well. But please... Make the things fit! Give me the reason to just put 5 stars. Alone the idea deserves it. Please remove the Weekend gap! This feels like the wrong milenium.

United Kingdom | 21 November 2022Doesnt go up in value and also for a gram of gold i didnt get the value i paid for and they kept a round value figure of gdp instead of charging me the exact value of amount i paid for.
