From the great services that oneweekdrivingcourse provided, finding me an instructor within only two days of payment and the quality of teaching that the provided instructor, Chris Coombs, had given during the course. I had reservations about the intensity of this course, but looking back now having passed thanks to all the confidence my instructor gave me and skills taught in his useful methods of teaching, I now have even more belief in my abilities then I ever thought I would after passing. This course has prepared me so well for my future of driving and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering taking this.

Lee Carroll was a brilliant driving instructor, couldn't have asked for a better bloke. He was patient and informative and reviewed the lessons with me constructively at the end of each day which helped me to get a pass on the first attempt. Not a bad word to say about him, thanks Lee.

United Kingdom | 09 March 2024I did the 18 hour course with Adam, the booking process was easy all done online, I was contacted to let me know who my instructor would be and what date my test was booked for, Adam got in touch the week before my course was due to start to arrange times etc.. Adam is a fantastic instructor very calm, patient and clear with instructions I would recommend to anyone Thanks Adam I couldn’t be happier

Firstly we booked an intense 36 hour course for our daughters 17th birthday and as she is in 6th form and also works we only had the February half term to do the course. we were given an instructor who contacted my daughter to tell her that he would be doing two random weekends in February and a day at the end of the month. This is obviously not an intensive course so my wife rang the instructor and told him that this was not acceptable he told us he could not do the week we booked so we contacted One week who found another instructor, sent us his details the time of the course and the test date. The driver was due at 8am this morning but did not show up when we finally got through to the instructor he said he mistakenly emailed the wrong person and that he couldn't do the course. As this is the only time we could do this course I Called One Week driving contact number to be told nothing can be done a unless a full email detailing all the issues is sent to the manager for review. I explained that I am not sending an email and its their responsibility to provide this course that was paid for months before to be told she wouldn't do anything and the manager was not available to talk to the woman was rude and dismissive also blaming us for lack of communication even though we had everything confirmed in emails. With how she handled my call you could tell the woman was used to dealing with these sorts of complaints and fobbing off customers! I wish I had looked at the reviews before booking as 55% 1 star is disgusting and would have showed us how bad they actually are! Luckily for me I paid via Credit card through PayPal so will claim my money back through them. The customer service here is a joke and I would advise anyone to take notice of the poor reviews as they are there for a reason I wish I had!

United Kingdom | 27 January 2024Company has been very unhelpful, on the website it states that you will be picked up form your address by the driving instructor. This is not true. I have to pay extra travel to meet my driving instructor. My emails are constantly being ignored when I ask something. My driving instructor informed me that the company will need to change my driving test booking, when asked them to do this I was told I have to do it myself. When I tried to do this I asked for my theory test booking number again I was ignored. Apart from that my driving instructor has been amazing however I would not recommend for anyone to book with this company. Super unprofessional and not worth the money.

Khurshid, my instructor was great, he was really thorough with his explanations and with what he taught me, Khurshid has great knowledge of the area and prepared me very well for my test. Overall an amazing experience and would highly recommend to anyone considering booking here.

With tests now being so hard to book when you want them One Weeks Driving Course looked after all the test booking with ease and booking dates a lot earlier than DVLA offered.

This proved to be more challenging than anticipated, with the availability of convenient slots for the test proving to be elusive. Navigating through these scheduling difficulties only added to the frustration of my journey. Great communication and would always reply fast to any texts regarding lessons or theory. Oneweek are very responsive to emails and made the experience great! Would highly recommend!

Was told i would get a free re-test if i failed my test, when ive failed then asked for the free re-test i was told i would need to pay an extra £346 for another 6 hour course even tho on there website it states clearly they will pay for a free re test! I was told it was an old link on there website but that shouldnt matter if a customer can find the link that means its on your website and should be honoured! This is clearly false advertising! I also have the screen shots of the website clearly stating they pay for a free retest if you fail which are all time stamped/dated so how its an old link i dont know! Either way it should have been honoured. This company just lies and takes your money! Do not use!

The company were a little difficult to deal with, and I did feel at some points I had the odds against me, but Kevin himself was awesome. I’d recommend him to anyone. His ability to teach while not being overly familiar with the roads in the area due to being from a different city was absolutely fantastic!! For anyone wanting to learn to drive I would recommend to contact Kevin directly no matter where you’re from.

United Kingdom | 21 June 2023The rudest customer service experience I have ever had, said they couldn't hold the date that I paid for but the emails around this were so aggressive I could literally feel their blood vessels bulging. They've said they will take a £50 "admin fee" for the pleasure of this interaction- despite no admin being carried out as the date wasn't held for me. When I tried to dispute the legality of this he called me part of the woke/karen generation? Who knows what that means but I can only assume he has read about woke karens in the daily mail. If you'd like to be treated with even the slightest semblance of respect book elsewhere :) Update- I asked for a refund after the "owner" called me woke for asking to keep the date I booked lol so I called him a gammon. This is a reference to his probably red rage filled pulsating head. I've called the office since because my refund has still not been processed yet he has all the time in the world to sit around replying to all his terrible reviews haha! what a sad little man

I don’t claim to be dyslexic I am, if you actually read the last review you would of seen that I said his daughter writes the emails to yourself and this review for example. Yes I did inform you the student wasn’t near test standard, and I supplied you a lengthy email of the exact reasons he wasn’t ready straight after I completed his last 20hour lesson. Yes you told me to do a mock test, which I believe wasn’t required as I explained in full why he wasn’t ready on the very first email. But obviously your very use to getting complaints and want you back covered as you said. But after supplying yourself with a email I didn’t feel the need to. I never replied no, I just stated the fact that I gave you a email with everything that had happened and why a mock test wasn’t necessary. Your requests was stupid and whoever was the email was very unprofessional and inappropriate which seems to be a common occurrence at your office. You didn’t like the fact that the few students I’ve had off your dodgy business had nothing but complaints to tell me about you. And honestly getting removed from your listing was no difference to me. Just maybe in future if you wish to actually have a successful business that has more good reviews then bad I would change your staffs attitude. Good day.
