United Kingdom | 15 October 2022I am a driving instructor I am posting the following to warn you if you want to book a course with this company Do not book a driving course on the expectation that they will find you a test sooner than you can do on Govt website Do not pay them until they find a driving instructor and test booked near to you If you pay the deposit pay by credit card for chargeback They are middle man, they don’t have their own instructors, they contact freelance instructors to take you on They take a big sum of money as a deposit but None of deposit goes to driving instructor If there is no test booked for the course don’t pay the full balance, pay on daily basis They won’t refund your money as soon they find you an instructor They don’t deliver, their website is colourful and misleading Contact Trading Standard if they refused to refund for the service not delivered, you will your money back My feedback was removed from Freeindex reposted In reply to his remarks, I wanted to add the followings for pubic awareness Recently I refused to work for this man as I am a self employed driving instructor and have no contract because of following issues It is correct that I asked my pupils to pay per day rather than whole balance at the beginning of the course because there was no test in place for weeks after the courses commenced Mark was not happy because he wants to take the deposit and wash his hand off and blame instructor and COVID backlog, please don’t hand over full balance at the beginning of the course, pay daily He has also said that I would refuse to take my pupils to the test after many months course has completed, that is absolutely nonsense, I found that this man doesn’t care about anything apart money and I am honest man and have some principles and it’s absolutely morally unjustifiable to take the money and have the test 4 months after How does it make sense if you buy a 36hrs course for a 17 years old This man force the instructors to do 36 hours in 6 days , that means 7 hours a day ( 6hrs driving +1hr break) for 6 days 1hr pick up 1hr return to base in total approximately 63 hours, this is more than hours allowed for a professional commercial vehicle drivers, how can you expect from a 17 years old pupils to concentrate and learn I believe it’s could be against health and safety act! Please see the reviews on Trustpilot not on his own website as he removes bad reviews ( I posted on his FreeIndex but remove after one day) I didn’t say that intensive courses should be banned, in my opinion 5 hours a day is maximum, one can focused and learning can take place but the flexibility between the instructor and pupils needed to achieve the learning process to take place There are a lots of intensive courses with friendly and flexibility on hours and test booked at the end of the courses, I regret that I worked for this man for many years, this man have no morals

Now why is it I'm waiting all this time, then my mate books a course with you guys and he has already started his lessons and got his test next week yet I have to wait until December! Crap service. United Kingdom | 12 September 2022My course was supposed to start on the 5th of September the instructor was made aware he was the one responsible for my lessons 10 days prior the start date. As he had previous arrangements already with his other pupils and tests booked for the week he was supposed to be teaching me. When I contact the customer service team and explained the situations Mark was not only rude and not helpful at all as he said they have not been made aware of the situation by the instructor so there was nothing they could do. The instructor called me on 30/08 advising he sent them an email explained the above issue; I heard nothing from the company. On the 5th I sent an email asking when would be my new date to start and who was my new instructor and their replay was "So do you mean the course has not started at all?". After all this when I ask if we could cancel the course and get a refund not only they will not give me back my £200+ pounds for a theory test, they also tried to charge me the rest of the money for a service they failed to provide. They are not only rude to the customer, unhelpful, badly organized they will also rip you off. Edit - I don't understand why you have taken to lying in your reply. I chose the dates from the 5th to the 9th to do this course, and within our later communication, I informed you that I was on holiday and said I'd be back on the 4th September. I then stated I could get a earlier flight if needed, and YOU told ME to phone the instructor to arrange the dates and hours. The instructor then informed me he had zero availability during that time frame that was booked through YOU. I then phoned you back to find out what is happening as I booked all of this way in advance and paid a deposit. You informed me that you can't do anything to which I THEN enquired about a refund. This is where I was met with a barrage of attitude and mockery from YOUR staff Mark. I felt taken advantage of, insulted and ontop of that you then lie about this situation within the public forum. Not only have you written the full name of myself but of the instructor aswell which I'm sure is a breach of DPA. I will contact the ombudsman and show them this situation. I am warning ANYONE who wants driving lessons to AVOID this company. They couldn't run a tap let alone a business.

United Kingdom | 21 August 2022Overall very good service from all in this company, from booking through to attending lessons, and passing the test, all staff were very helpful, the booking process was very easy to use, I booked online and confirmed dates by phone, the instructor I was with Stephen Lee, was absolutely brilliant and I can't recommend him enough, if you book with this company please, ask for him if possible as he will get you through your test, very attentive and happy to work at whatever pace you are comfortable with, originally I was booked to have four days of lessons and save the last for the test itself, but under Stephens advice we held back an extra day, which was used to get used to the area I did my test in, and this paid dividends, pass with 2 minor faults, first attempt at the test. 10/10 will definitely recommend!

United Kingdom | 18 August 2022I did a 18hour intensive with Ian Swatton. I can be quite nervous when driving but Ian made me feel very comfortable and at ease from the moment i got in his car. He was very patient with me and i felt no pressure at all throughout the weeks drive. I had quite a lot of previous driving experiences but just needed to polish up before my test and i'm so glad I got Ian because I passed first time with only 4 minors! I would recommend him to anyone! Thankyou so much!!!!

Instead, we were insulted and mocked over the phone in the most callous manner. My wife opened a dispute via her bank and managed to get her money back thanks to the vigilance of her bank not through this pathetic company. Hahahaha, unlucky one week driving course! 😂

United Kingdom | 06 August 2022Avoid this company at all cost, they are very unprofessional and all the other reviews speak for it. Each time I got to speak with Mark, who apparently is the owner of the company, he was patronising and rude. There is no attempt at helping and you can tell he simply doesn't care. All they care about is money and if there are any issues, they will simply blame it on you. After 12 hours with my instructor, I felt that I'd been set to fail. There was no clear structure to the lessons, not a lot of patience either. I let them know that I wasn't getting on too well with the instructor after 2 days (12 hours) and the response I got was 'it's tough, the only options you have is either lose the money or carry on with the course'. All in all, I paid almost £1500 to a company for 12 hours of frustration. To anyone else on here who has suffered the same as me, if you're interested in seeking legal remuneration through a joint claim, update your review stating so and we can look to get the ball rolling, this is nothing short of glorified theft!

He was far better than other instructors I've had in the past and I appreciated that he explained why I needed to change my driving technique rather than just stating the changes that I needed to make. He was determined to not only enable me to pass my test but to give me the guidance to become a good driver which I also appreciated. For anyone who is considering booking one of these courses, I would definitely recommend it to the right person. It is very intense so I'd recommend taking plenty of breaks and also put the work in when you've finished the course for the day. Whether that's extra driving or looking on youtube.

Her instructor, Bruno, was very patient with her and corrected a few bad habits and things that had arisen over the pandemic period which has effected this whole generation of drivers. Bruno was informative and knowledgable and exactly who my daughter needed at this stage of her driving career having had two other instructors & a global pandemic in the last 18 months. To pass first time is testament to the skill and dedication of her instructor and re-enforced what we believed, which was this type of intensive course is perfect for learner drivers who have already clocked in tens of hours behind the wheel but just need a push over the line.

I paid for a 30 hour course for my son, never recieved the course when I rang as no instructor showed up on the day he was due to start the man MARK said it was our own fault we never contacted them to confirm everything was ok, then laughed at me when i said it was down to them to provide the service i paid for. They refused to refund me saying they had appointed me a driving instructor however upon speaking to said driving instrutor he know nothing about it. Two more phone calls to the office to have the phone put down on me both times. all they want is your cash, they have no idea what they are doing!!

Any good instructor like myself will generally be full with our own local pupils .. they email me several times a week. I’ve asked them to stop contacting me . So now I leave this review
