Do not waste your time with these people, paid nearly £900 and they can't respond to emails. They ruined my first test by giving me an instructor that couldn't do the date, they have also booked me into a test centre i didn't want to do. The next date they've booked me in for is July... 7 months later and they think this is acceptable. I have had to now pay more money to get my test brought forward. Also I then found out that that the "Deposit" is lost even through their error between 300-400 pound lost because they can't do their jobs.

I undertook an 18 hour week intensive driving course under the expert guidance of Mike Truss. He was patient and made driving simple. Championing personal responsibility, control and habits to ensure I was test ready. I’m pleased to say I passed first time and would recommend Mike as an instructor to anyone looking to get on the road. Thanks so much Mike.

I booked with this company on behalf of my partner on the 16/02/2023. I went with them as they offered the course the earliest date I could find, so I went ahead and booked with them for the 24/04/2023 with a £400+ deposit to ‘secure’ the booking and therefor forming a contract with the student and instructor for those dates that are booked. All seemed fine leading up to the dates booked, received emails for recourses to study for the theory test. However, on the 31/03/2023 just 3 weeks before the course was due to start, we received an email saying that: ‘ Despite our best efforts to match you with an instructor, at this time we have been unable to allocate an instructor to your course, for the dates required.’ And ‘ The Dates shown on our website when booking are open dates the instructors have told us they have availability for, But are now saying they are fully booked up.’ As a contract had been made agreeing on the dates as soon as the deposit was made, an instructor should’ve been allocated as soon as the booking was made. I don’t understand how an instructor would have been allocated and then 3 weeks before say they are already booked up when your website showed me the availability of dates. Either you actually don’t allocate an instructor until just before the course is due to start or you allowed an instructor to double book, which is unacceptable. This has caused a lot of issues for my partner as he had to arrange a week off work which is very difficult in the line of work he is in, and now has to reschedule. We are definitely not going to go with this company again, we were offered to rebook with a new date (which isn’t until July at earliest!!) but how do we know once the deposit is paid and the booking is made that this wouldn’t happen again! I replied to their email asking us whether we would want a refund of the deposit or to reschedule, and I said we would take the refund, and I also asked why wasn’t the instructor locked in when I paid the deposit 6 weeks ago. I know they read my email as they have processed the refund as PayPal have notified me, but not bothered to respond to my email to answer my question. I would avoid this company, clearly they are incredibly unreliable and don’t have great customer service.

everyone will have different opinions but honestly don’t waste your time, effort or money. the rudest sarcastic and ignorant bunch of things (people) that i have ever come in contact with. take your money and run is a saying i like. from the start it was weird 2 rude and extremely patronising emails from driving instructor saying i’m not answering calls, turns out the number given to her was wrong. intensive course that started late as she wasn’t able to get up in the mornings and sent text messages saying she’s late. more interested in talking about her new flat and new york trio than anything else, failed test my fault so rebooked.. days changed / months changed driving instructor hurt good so wasn’t able to do lessons yet the company still booked a test for Monday morning at 8:30 when i hadn’t had any lessons and the office closed so no contact. when i finally got hold of someone i was blamed for missing the test and charged for it. arguing back and forth not answering calls and blocking numbers. calls recorded of them talking nonsense and telling lies. i had major surgery booked in a few weeks after the original test, fully recovered now and stating legal proceedings as they broke their contract.

Easy to book and manage. My instructor was Vicki and she was amazing from start to finish! She made everything easy and comfortable whilst having a laugh along the way

Oneweekdrivingcourse.co.uk gave me exactly what I needed. Tanveer my instructor was superb. I booked a 42 hour week intensive course and I passed first time. I couldn't have asked for more. Everything was well organised. They kept me up to date with instructor and test time & date. They responded to messages quickly. I would recommend to anyone.

After the bad experience my boyfriend had with this rude, unorganised and unhelpful company, he has since failed 3 driving tests. He did a 24 hour intense course and had Michelle Rosen as his instructor. Avoid at all costs!

My sister booked a driving course back in October 2022 for November 2022. It was an expensive course and she saved up a lot of money. She was then informed not long after that they could no longer offer her that week, as due to covid they had no practical tests. But did offer her a week in January that she could take all of the course. On the day the course started my father asked the teacher if a practical test had been confirmed for the Friday and his response was ‘yes’. On the last day of her practice the teacher informed her that there was no test for the following day and that she will have wait 19 DAYS! How can you offer a intense driving course then not deliver and expect that to be ok? My sister was then informed by the teacher that one week driving course email him telling him to not tell my sister until the last day of practice. My sister is so let down by the whole situation and feels she will not pass now as it will have been so long since she last drove. You should not be offering a course you CANT deliver on.

I had an amazing experience driving with Steve! I'd previously been learning to drive before the pandemic and wanted to try an intensive to quickly get it done with and it was one of the best decisions I have made! He was very patient and understanding and worked well with me in order to improve on things I was struggling with or unsure about. Without him I wouldn't have passed my driving test and I wouldn't have a licence. Tah m you!

Hassle free booking process that got a test the same week as my lessons. Colin was a fantastic instructor who was very patient and helpful. The whole process was a breeze, I wish I done it the first time I took my test!

I took a 24h intensive course with Ian Whitewood (OneWeekDriving). He was an amazing instructor, very calm, friendly and knowledgable. I went from not being able to drive on the Monday to passing my test first time 7 days later. Dates were exactly what I asked for and a test was allocated quickly. All was arranged for me including the theory test. I can only highly recommend.

I booked a 30 hour intensive driving course with OneWeekDrivingCourse and they offered courses at an earlier date than other sites. Course commenced on planned dates no issues at all. Driving instructor (Syed Chowdhury) was a great instructor, he was patient, understanding, experienced and knowledgeable. He would review any mistakes you made and plan how to correct this next time - no complaints if you made a mistake just how we can improve. Couldn’t recommend him enough!! I think the intensive course is good as when it comes to sitting your test as it’s all fresh in your mind not only that I only took 5 days off of work instead of doing a few hours each week and then sitting the test months later. I sat my test on the 12/09/22 and I passed first time with just one minor, no issues at all happy :)

I had a really enjoyable week learning with Kelvin. He is a great teacher and all round lovely person! Highly recommend him to anyone thinking of taking an intensive course. Big shout out to him !

Ian Swatton my instructor was incredible! He made everything feel so easy. Gave me so many tips on how to do reverse parking and I parked perfectly every time. On the day of my test he reassured me that I would be fine and predicted a pass. I passed my test with one minor! I can’t rate Ian or this service high enough! Thank you so much! Passing my test has changed my life completely! Even at the young age of 44 😄
