This course was amazing, it truly helped me improve in areas where I didn't feel as though I was confident. My instructor was calm and very laid back whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. I would recommend this course to anyone who needs to do there driving test quickly and get the best score they possibly can.

A really great experience! The website was simple to use, the company were happy to answer my questions after I had made the booking and the instructor I was assigned was fantastic - I passed first time after taking the 36 hour course!! So pleased!!

Fantastic knowledgeable teacher with loads of great advice... exactly what I needed to push me over the line from learner to passed and this kind of course is great if your always working and can only get a week off work as I did :D highly recommend this to anyone and everyone

One word AVOID! Please research the company and look further than there website for reviews. I have never come across a company quite like it after paying just under a grand for a 6 hour a day course my instructor short changed me nearly an hour a day. His attitude in the car is extremely unprofessional. I can't quote the language and distasteful comments he made towards women however all I'll say is he is by far the worst person I could have dealt with I'm seeking legal advice against the company. There are so many other companies out there for less money and much better service AVOID AVOID AVOID

Deeply disappointed with the organisation so far. My learning is due to start shortly. Despite having booked 2 months in advance, my teacher and I have been provided with different start dates and now we are forced to somehow fit the 36 hour course into 4 days before taking the test. I have been given a second option of doing the course normally accross 6 days and waiting 2 months for the test. This is unacceptable. The teacher seems like a nice fellow but i feel deeply let down by this company for screwing me over. I have also grown worried upon reading the reviews of others. I would be happy to change my review should my experience with this company change.

I was really looking forward to the course I booked. however the week was nothing but a disappointment and a week from hell. I'm normally thick skinned and to be reduced to tears 3 times, should be unacceptable by anyone let alone someone who is supposed to build your confidence. My "instructor" turned up and didn't even bother to introduce himself which I found very rude. When we swapped sides to begin the lesson I learnt the petrol light was flashing! Indicating the car was pretty much empty of fuel. This was with my first hour on day one! The week got worse and worse to the point I absolutely hated every minute of something I was really looking forward too. I aired my views to the instructor who couldn't of cared less because he already had his money. I wrote a letter of complaint about how truly bad my experience was to the company director, however he couldn't of cared less and his wording was pretty much any complaint you have you should take up with the instructor, never mind the fact he's suppose to be representing the company and its values. So I wrote another letter to the DSA who have listened and dealt with the problem I had. I've since found a local instructor who is fantastic and what you'd want in a driving instructor not some cowboy.

Don't give them a penny...how I guess it works you pay your deposit and then you pay the instructor the remaining balance on your course start date... only that's the only one you get has the driving instructor claims you never paid and you can't prosecute as their is no paper trail. The Individual that pay by credit card are given an excuse I guess. The excuse I got was the tutors wife had an heart attack, which coincidentally happened while I was enquiring where he was. 😂😂😂😂😂

As it appears I can't reply to your reply on my comment I'll put another review. I've always kept in touch with my instructor, the 1st few lessons were arranged before leaving the car, I did 12 hrs the 1st week & was then told by my instructor that he couldn't fit me in due to booking another course in, even though I had just handed over £700 cash to him & £200 to the administration team. I was going 2 weeks or more with no lessons as the instructor couldn't fit me in, how is that my fault? I paid for a 1/2 week course that was not available to me. If I'd have known this is would never have gone with this company.

It is Saturday 2/6/16 my course was due to start on Monday 4/6/16. I have received a call today from my instructor cancelling my course. 2 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS DUE TO START! I have booked 1 week of of work to do this and now it's wasted. Driving instructor didn't seem to care and said it was due to a family emergency. I would lose my deposit if I cancelled this short notice! I have spent all day trying to call and text oneweek driving but have had no response. I'm not just upset I am angry at the poor level of service. Will I be reimbursed for my loss of earnings as well as my deposit? Awful experience. Jennifer Kelsey

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Please read my review before you consider booking with this awful company! I arranged, six weeks in advance, to undertake a 36 hour driving course through One Week Driving Course. I called this week, five days before the start of my course, to confirm the details of the course. I was told that, despite the company having booked my test six weeks ago, no instructor was available. This culminated in the cancellation of my course. A gesture of goodwill by the company, I could keep the original driving test that they had booked for me. What use is a driving test without an instructor?! I implore everybody who reads this to avoid this company like the plague. On the phone, one of the customer service advisors explained that 99% of the time there are no issues with their courses. Brilliant - so 1 in 100 of your students are also horrifically let down by your shambles of a company? On asking for a refund for a course that I was told five days before the starting date that I would not receive, I was told a number of vaguely different stories about why I could not receive a refund at that time. I was also interrupted many times by a disgraceful customer "service" employee. I understand it may be frustrating to work in such a menial position, but that is no excuse to be disgracefully rude to customers. At one point the phrase "if you want a refund" was used. I have never received such an appalling level of service from a company before. Please, please, PLEASE do not give this awful company your money, unless you're in the business to gamble with your hard earned cash. Paypal have escalated this issue to a matter of urgency and I believe that is the only reason I will even get a refund. Trading standards, PADI (on behalf of the DVSA) and the local ombudsmen are now involved, and this disgraceful company really does deserve to go out of business. Profit is their main priority, not their customers. My advice to everyone looking to learn, go directly to the instructor yourself. You will get a cheaper rate and you will also not run the risk of this happening to you. If you must book through a company, do NOT use this company. Play it safe and take your money straight to the instructor, or at least to a different company, to avoid ending up in the same situation that I am in. And if you must deal with One Week Driving Course, good luck! You're going to need it, because it seems to be complete luck of the draw as to whether you will even receive a driving instructor by the time you take the test that they have booked for you. EDIT: In response to my review, this company has contacted the DVSA on my behalf and cancelled my test without authorization. As a result, they are now under investigation by the DVSA and PADI. I am lucky that the DVSA were wonderful enough to go out of their way to employ an extra invigilator and schedule an extra test date, and I have also found a brilliant instructor at short notice and for half the price, so I will be taking my test as planned. DO NOT TRUST THIS ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY!
