Added a delivery charge when order was more than delivery minimum because posted out an item separately!

the delivery was left outside without ringing the bell lucky we saw them on cctv

Jason was amazing, took the time to explain everything clearly. Took the time to check everything thoroughly before leaving to make sure everything was sorted and even took the time to repair issues that hadn’t been initially reported. He was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions

Jason was very helpful, went the extra mile to help with problems not on his schedule. Very polite, explained why the problems occurred and showed us how to maintain equipment to prevent further damage. Overall great experience
