She had a clear and calm approach, making complex procedures easy to understand and practice. Her knowledge was extensive, and they answered all questions thoroughly, ensuring everyone felt confident with the skills we learned. The practical exercises were hands-on, allowing us to gain real experience, and Wendy made sure to provide individual feedback to improve technique.
