Promptly on Monday morning Michelle with customer service emailed me back and handled my cancellation and quickly refunded the amount back to my account. I will be a customer for life. Which brings me to what I dislike about my experience: I made my order on 7/24, paid an additional $45.50 for a 2 day overnight shipping so I would receive the signs for a church event on 7/28. I see that the shipping didn't even happen til today, the 7/27 with an expected delivery on the day of the event. Not exceptable. Disappointed.
