Quick service and easy to customize

The website was very user friendly. Having pictures of the signs was obviously helpful but also all of the information the customer would need right at that point made the order selection quick and easy. The number of different signs to choose from was terrific as there are many scenarios in an office/shop environment. Checkout was simple.

It was easy to go through and get the signs that I wanted.

i somehow put 3 of the same item in my cart when I really only needed 2. When I would go in and edit my amount to show 2 when I went to pay it was back to 3. This happened probably 5 times. I had to completely delete all 3, sign out, sign back in and place the order all over again to get to the 2.

It was relatively easy to find what I was looking for! And also easy to place the order online.

It was easy to get the item I need

I thought the idea of using the Amazon pay was slick. However after two attemps to use it, I had to go to a Credit Card. The your site kept locking up or at least the connection bettween yours and Amazon.

I didn’t like that no shipping arrival time was given

Site was easy to use, allowed me to pay with Amazon. Only issue would be not given an estimate of delivery date yet, which we need ASAP.

Always so easy to shop online, great quality products at a reasonable price. And with todays crazy inflation issues that’s almost impossible to say today.

I ordered 25 signs on March 29th. 3 weeks later, I received my package, but I only got 2 of the 25 signs I had ordered. I immediately called Compliance Signs and was told something looked off in their system, but they'd call or email me back after looking into it. When I didn't hear back that day, I followed up. The next day, I'm told there was some glitch that was being corrected and that my order will be resolved soon. Same thing was said the day after that. So now, it's been 3 days since I brought the issue to their attention, and they still can't provide me an anticipated shipping date for the 23 additional signs I ordered. Meanwhile, I ordered several signs from other companies the same day I initially ordered with Compliance Signs, and all of those arrived within 10 days. It look Compliance Signs three weeks to fulfill 8% of my order. The remaining 92%... who knows how long that could take, so I asked for a refund. The only positive thing I can say is that they didn't argue with me, and issued the refund upon request. Will avoid working with them again.
