Finding the traffic type signs I wanted was easy, and the product details/specifications were detailed and helpful. The purchase process is ridiculously unfriendly. I actually had my first order cancelled by either Compliance Signs or Amazon Payments. My first order was placed via my desktop iMac, and I selected Amazon Payments as my payment option. Amazon confirmed the transaction authorization via email, but Compliance Signs never indicated whether the order went through or not. I even emailed Compliance Signs customer service and attached a screenshot in an attempt to see if they got the order-but Compliance Signs didn’t bother to reply--bad customer service. A day or two later Amazon Payments notified me via email that my order was canceled and my Amazon Account would not be charged stating Compliance Signs never received my order. The second time I placed the order, (a few days after my original order attempt), via my iPad and I used a Visa credit card for payment. It seems to have gone through. Honestly, I would not recommend Compliance Signs based on the fact that Compliance Signs didn’t respond to my order inquiry. There are way too many choices of merchants selling signs to deal with one that doesn’t show respect for customers. After this order, experience, I have no intention of buying from Compliance Signs ever again. My actual order has not yet arrived, so I am unable to comment on delivery time, shipping condition, or product quality.

I didn't see any signs with the verbiage that was required, but the customization option allowed us to say EXACTLY what was required. Easy website, the sign I needed was available and I was able to have them edit some specific details. The sign was exactly as as the specifications stated. When I questioned an approximate delivery date the response was great, the signs were delivered, earlier then expected. I will definitely be back!!

When you update a sign it saves it as additional sign so you have to delete the first sign. My cart did not show i had 2 signs already in it and after my order it ordered the 2 signs plus the 2 signs i remade because it did not show up.

The wording was not properly spaced on the sign. After notifying customer service, the replacement signs had the exact same improper spacing. Wasted nearly a month waiting for signs that are not correct.

Worked well except the option drop downs did not work in Firefox. Had to switch to Chrome. I used Amazon Pay because there were no other options visible on that screen. Normally would have used paypal. You decide.

The order process went smooth. You should wait until the product is received before you ask for an opinion
