Good site. Very intuitive and easy to use.

The product was backordered and for 2 weeks no one told me. I finally called to see what was going on and thats when I found out that the product would not be in stock for almost a month. I asked to cancel the order and was told that would be done. 4 days later I still have no cancellation confirmation and my Paypal charge still hasn't been refunded.

Had to order online although I do have an account. The online pricing and my pricing were the same so it was easier to purchase online than to deal with the customer service rep I initially emailed. Even when I am now paying tax online, it is a matter of principle and ease to order online instead. 2 stars only because the customer service experience was not satisfactory. Otherwise I would give this a 4 star rating.

I did not receive any shipping information. I paid for overnight shipping. I placed the order Thursday. It is Saturday 1:45 pm and I don’t know when the sign is arriving.
