Very helpful, was looking for a spare part for a washing machine, sent an email with the appliance details and got a reply back very quickly with the spare part I was looking to replace. A big shout out to Dan in customer service who was very helpful and always replied with an questions I had, would always return in the future for any other parts I may require

I managed to nake contact with Dan who was super supportive in helping me find the right part for my oven as the details were not easy to find . I have now ordered, received and fitted the part so very happy

I wanted to buy an additional shelf (together with the front and back trim) for my new fridge. I could get the basic information from the original invoice and the model number sticker. I thought I'd found the correct glass shelf, but I wasn't sure if the trim was included. Confirmation that had I found the correct shelf was very reassuring, and a hyperlink to the trim was extremely helpful. And the response time was impressive.
