Recently had to buy a vesa bracket from these guys and they seemed to be the only place on the internet that sold it, and at a reasonable price. I paid for the urgent next day delivery on my order and unfortunately DPD failed to get it to me. I used the live chat and spoke to the super friendly customer support agent, Dan, who was quick to resolve my issue and refund me the shipping cost of my order. (PS. I'm not just saying he's great because we share the same name :) ) Overall the service is great and would recommend to anyone looking for spare bits.

I emailed for support to try to find the correct part for my dishwasher. I was replied to quickly and in a polite and friendly manner. Both the people I was in contact with were really helpful and I would use this company again 👍

The customer service has been above and beyond. Queries were answered promptly and efficiently. Follow up questions were asked to ensure correct information was provided and Dan and Ruby were just brilliant.

Make sure you sort out any issues within 21 days. This company will not take returns once this period expires - even by a few days. Bought two power supplies from their site, using the original model number. The items arrived and I shipped them out to Ireland. Turned out, despite using the right model number, the DC plugs were different sizes to the originals. By the time the power supplies came back to London, the 21 days had elapsed. I tried explaining the situation and offered to pay any extra costs to have them swapped out for the ones with the right plugs - but was refused. Unfair, considering the same part number, misleading, and unnecessary - they could have easily helped, if they wanted to.

Ordered the wrong fridge door shelf. Literally minutes after sending an email i got a response. Dan was amazing and after a succession of quick fire questions and answers from Dan we identified the correct part, return was sorted out easily and a replacement was ordered. The team went above and beyond to ensure I got my items. There were some logistical transcontinental hoops to jump through and their communication was prompt and super clear. Also when one of my items unfortunately got damaged in cargo they also replaced it FOC without questions. Will buy from here again in the future!
