I ordered a part for a fridge I was sent a door for a cooker. Customer enquiries ignore me. Use this company at your peril.

Helpful advice with selecting the correct part and smooth returns policy. It's not easy selecting the correct part as Smeg have so many variations. The first did not fit so S2R advised on an alternative which fitted properly. The returns process was simple, although a little expensive, and they refunded the cost quickly. My only gripe is that you cannot speak to anyone and you have to converse through their email and site system.

Had problem locating brackets for microwave shelves that had broken on our Neff Microwave. Neff website and others not very helpful. Found this website which was easy to use and located our model. Parts came as described, good email communication, good price, prompt delivery. Very happy

The worst parts company I have traded with in the last 40 years. I initially queried whether the parts were correct for the trimer I required them for, but once I had sent pics of the blades and unit I was assured that they had the parts I needed and they would be sent. When the parts arrived it was obvious that the blades sent were nothing like the originals. I immediately emailed Dan in customer services and stated that the wrong parts were sent. Over the next 6 week I had various emails back and forth, when ever I asked about a refund I kept getting the question 'has the part been used. (Obviously it had not been as I stated from the outset that the parts didn't even fit.) I did start to wonder if customer services was A.I. When I eventually did get a refund, it was just for the parts and not the postage that I had originally been charged for them sending me the wrong parts.

AVOID! Awful service, took 2 weeks to respond to a simple question. Within that time, they requested unnecessary information which I provided only to be told today it wasn’t required. Then I find that the spare part had increased from £47 to £125. No apology, no resolution just a completely wasted two weeks.

be careful, never again, the first time they delivered the wrong part (not my fault), they refunded the money but they charged for shipping, I ordered again, I waited 10 days and nothing, avoid it at all.

Ordered yesterday at 11:27, arrived today at 10:08. Outstanding. Exactly what I ordered so I’m happy. When I saw the countdown on the website saying “order in next 30 minutes for next day” I assumed this was just a sales tactic, but they managed it. Would recommend, especially if you’re in a pinch. The price of the item was equal to that I saw on Amazon and eBay too, which would have taken far longer to deliver, would definitely recommend.

Foolishly, I closed my freezer drawer with the fast-freeze flap open, breaking the flap's hinge. After a web search, I found this company and identified the required part from the make, model and part number on the broken flap. I odered the part on Thursday and the correct part was delivered on Monday morning. It was easy to fit and my freezer is as good as new again. Excellent service.

The hinges on my Dometic oven door (Pilote motorhome G742 2012)seized up. I sent Spares2Repair a photo and they found the product. Their comms were first class, not just at point of sale but right until the postman delivered the parts on the day identified. Sure, the part was expensive but that's due to the manufacturers.
