Initially i sent a message which the reply came quick from Harriet. Said she would put my question to your technical team which I believe was Dan. My answer was in a week which was fine so I started to order it but got as far as the payment. I’m not that technically minded and got lost with it so my wife Elaine did it in her name in minutes. It proves you need a lady in your life even after 50 plus years 😁😁 First class customer services which makes all the difference.

Received wrong item, there was no human involved at any point of the order, return policy is outrageous, contacting them is impossible, messages are limited to 1000 characters when requesting help, it lacks transparency.
