The Item was packaged well, it did the job as expected. I should have collected it from store as I live locally, so having it posted took a while (but standard time frame I guess). Far too many updates on the order status for me, just the initial aknowledgement and despatch one would have been sufficient. I will use them again, its for holiday caravans so guests are constantly breaking cooker knobs etc.

After two weeks still not received , It becomes very expensive after declares tot Custom. I buy spare part for 5£ and shall cost me 40£ to receive in Belgium Orders on 6/01/24 and still not received

The part has been delivered to me today in Sydney, Australia in good condition and professionally pakaged. The part looked fine for a used part and worked well after installation which I performed today. I will keep this site (spares2repair) to get the parts that hard to find. Thank you very much

I ordered a fridge shelf for my American style fridge freezer. When it arrived it was clearly too small & meant for the freezer part. I requested a return & was sent a label to print off which I did & sent back straight away. Since then nothing, I’ve not received my refund, my returned parcel was undelivered, sat at the local post office awaiting collection & now has been sent back to me. I’ve emailed a few times & tried to call but the voicemail inbox is full. 3* for the initial quick delivery which would have been 5* if it had been the correct part but really 0* now as I have been left with a useless shelf & no refund. Shelf measurements on the website would have avoided this whole fiasco.

Order fulfilled and item received 24 hours after ordering and I only paid for standard delivery. And this was after waiting some six months for the item after previously ordering from E-spares. A truly excellent experience and I will make Spares2Repair my default company for spares going forward.
