O Wow! what great service less than 36 hours after reopening from the new year break the product was in my hands, It was spot on correct and at a price cheaper than that other firm!!!

Absolutely superb .my display panel broke on my hisense american fridge freezer .ever hour the setting went into factory reset ..-10 + 8 .. bought then new part from these guys ....boom came the very next day and worked perfectly... was worried all the food would go off ...thanks guys ...brilliant

On 19th December my chopping blade for my hand blender broke, l went online and found this company. They knew exactly what l needed and dispatched it same day. Item not received. Purchased on 17th December and, whilst I appreciate the Christmas break, I only received an update email today (27th) stating there is no changed, the item has still 'been released to warehouse. Very slow service and now wondering whether it will even arrive

Can recommend this company A**** after much searching including LG Ltd in regards to tacho/RPS/HALL frame sensor (6501kw2001b cnm 140605). They Informed that for my washing machine model (F14B8QDA ABWQEUK) I was unable to acquire this alone and had to buy complete stator. The unit arrived well packaged and in 2 days Fitted to my machine all now ok. Will be my first go too in the future.

The element was delivered on time in excellent condition. The element was replaced with relative ease and works beautifully. There were no problems with any aspect of the element's construction or compatibility with my oven. Very pleased with the outcome and excellent value for money.

Ordered oven part via spares4miele sub-site. Added priority shipping to ensure part delivered before Christmas. Order placed Saturday for delivery on Wednesday. Good tracking and comms initially and part had been released to warehouse for shipping on Tuesday morning. Unfortunately there it has remained with no indication of when it will be delivered. Customer services (email only) initially responsive but just repeated the online tracking status with no answer to queries about ETA. Company appeared reputable and has good reviews. I also appreciate that things get delayed at this time of year but I’m unable to recommend the company on current experience as I don’t know when/if the part will arrive, nor do I have a working oven for Christmas. Update: company apologised and refunded charges and sent part after Christmas which is now working well. Spares2repair recognised the delays and resolved the situation as quickly as possible so I would now recommend.

I was very pleased to find a spare for my dishwasher, in stock and at a reasonable price. What did frustrate was the near endless succession of e-mails with details of every task carried out - allocation, picking, packing, etc., etc. I was expecting to receive one saying the operator had gone to the WC!

In an age of more consumer responsibility, it is brilliant to find a company that caters in spares that prolong the life of our gadgets.
