Brilliant- power supply for tv that had been struck by a lightning power surge. Delivered within given time scale. Order tracked and regular update received .Actually looked to be an unused item -better than in the picture. Having replaced the onboard fuse on the old board and being treated to a loud bang as it blew again it was with some trepidation that I took the old board out put in the new one and Great! works perfectly. Terrible customer service. Item arrived broken and issue is still not fixed 3 months down the line. I will never use spares2repair again. Customer service take weeks to reply via email and each time I have to start again explaining the problem and keep sending in photos of the broken product. Now they say they cannot open the pictures. I am now resorting to returning for a refund instead of replacement. I have never had such issues before!
