Excellent after sales service! Original order was delivered within stated timescale, but was unfortunately damaged in transit. After reporting the problem, response was swift and a replacement was despatched quickly - great service!

I couldn't rate this company highly enough. I ordered two baskets for my Logik freezer on 12/12/23. They arrived in Northern Ireland 1st thing on 14/12/23. In between, I received regular updates on the status of my order which arrived securely packaged. The baskets are the exact match for the original. I will use this company again when the need arises.

I am so happy to have found them. I remember the days when you went to a repair shop and got whatever you needed could get fixed. That skill has disappeared. BUT: This company is an excellent alternative - coupled with a bit of DIY. They saved me a lot of angst and the need to buy a new fridge freezer. And their customer care was brilliant!!

Terrible customer service. I have tried several ways to contact regarding a missing parcel that I returned on 18th November. All my messages have been completely ignored. I am unable to chase up where the parcel has gone as it was a postage label issued by spares2repair, so Royal Mail will only respond to them. Currently over £200 out of pocket and still no response from anyone FOLLOW UP I received a full refund within hours of posting on facebook about terrible service Response to the below reply. I have tried to contact you several times. I had the tracking number and sent the tracking information to you. The tracking clearly stated that the parcel hadn't moved for more than 2 weeks - thus assumed to be missing. I was ignored by your staff and found the only way to get a response from you was to post it on Facebook.

Superb comms, Arrived promptly, expertly packaged. I know in the great scheme of things having a Fridge handle arrive as expected isnt earth shattering but it made my day to have a complete fridge again (says quite a bit about how sad my life is in Tunbridge Wells)

It is only when something initially goes wrong that you really find out how good a company is. The problem was not their fault but even so Spares2Repair gave excellent after sales service. Really appreciated their care and will be using them again when I need a spare part.

Finding the part I needed was easy. The part itself was the exact one I needed. The cost of the part was 50% dearer on another site I have used before. There were 3 options for delivery and the postage cost was reasonable. Email confirmation of the order and very prompt delivery. Will certainly look to use Spares2Repair again.

I ordered replacement beaters for my Krupps hand mixer which is over 51years old. I was kept informed of my orders progress all the way through. I received them 2 days ago and they are a perfect match for the original ones. This is a great company to deal with and I would recommend them highly.
