I needed a stand neck for my Samsung 32" TV. I used the websites part selector using the model number of my TV to order the part. When the part arrived it was not correct, no option to call the company so I sent an e-mail on 12/9/2023 so far no helpful responce only that they are busy and will get in touch as soon as possible. From this experiance I cannot recommed using this company unless you know the part number you need, and with caution if you do not have the part number.

The part for the smeg juicer arrived in good time, packed well to avoid any breakage, fits the juicer perfectly, and is as good in quality as the original part, in was easy to place the order, they were one of the only people to have just the spout available rather than the whole much bigger part it is attached to, which meant in replacing only the little spout i could cut down on plastic waste as i didn't need to replace a larger part .

I located a leakage problem with my Delonghi coffee machine and was easily able to find a replacement part on the excellent Spares2Repair website. Repair complete within the time frame.

Ordered a part for dishwasher, never fixed issue and ended up using branded part. Requested RMA and tracking shows item returned to them on 11th Sept, which also shows on my account as receiving return. no contact from them, no response to emails after 18 days of return, so have had to raise a complaint with paypal to get my refund, seems company ok when things work out but not that keen too refund returns. Had a call from owner apologising for delay and that it had been down to human error, still didnt change the fact that sent messages hadnt been responded too, (although very quick response to trustpilot review) but refund now been issued.
