My most recent spare was a Smeg freezer interior door, the freezer located overseas! Working from a screen shot of the freezer I could easily order! Item arrived sooner than expected and! Perfect. United Kingdom | 21 October 2023I ordered a new probe for a Delonghi AN112 portable aircon unit and at time of ordering was informed it would take a month to get from the manufacturer. I was happy to wait and I received regular updates from Spares2Repair informing me of any change in the status of my order right up to the point it arrived in the UK and was dispatched to me. So no need to chase up or wonder where my order was and when it arrived it was fairly easy to fit and my Pinguino is now working again.

I ordered a replacement water tank flap cover for a coffee machine. They sent me a replacement plastic power button. I have now been chasing them for a year to send the correct item and still nothing. No offer to remedy the situation, no return label to account for their error, just a stock response of we haven't received a return. Sort you errors out! This is your problem to remedy not mine!

Absolutely awful customer service, I shall not be using this company ever again.

United Kingdom | 17 October 2023Order Number: 743325 Made an order for a extractor fan part and was sent the wrong side. Ordered the right flap and clearly got the left flap. Initial concern is that there is no absolute way to call this company which i have never experienced and the live chat is never available. I urgently need this part and i have no idea if and when the company will help rectify the situation as i can only email and have no idea when they will respond. hoping to avoid taking this any further. Update 13/11 So the company sent a replacement for the part i ordered and again i was sent the same part which is not the side i ordered. Most likely the company listed the wrong part or Smeg got it wrong which i highly doubt. I have sent an email on Saturday 4th November and have had no response, i appreciate the action on the replacement but not replying after 9 days now is very unprofessionally.

I ordered a replacement refrigerator large shelf and they have sent me a small freezer shelf with a picking label saying large refrigerator shelf. Stay well away from this company who are now charging me to return the item which they sent wrong.
