Got a genuine manufacturers mobile phone battery...couldn't get it anywhere else....arrived next day even though I didn't select that option....previously got a cheapo ebay battery which didn't work..,this one clearly is the right option and excellent value and service...only quibble was getting my head round the website but probably down to me and old tablet...whatever it worked eventually 😊

The spare part I ordered never came. They kept asking for the order number and claiming that without that number they could not find the order. I call this BS. I sent them screenshots of the PayPal payment I did, they asked my name and still they were coming back to me just asking stuff. Emails were going backwards and forwards with no interest on their part to find the item. They were not responding to my emails. It felt as if they were playing games with me. Absolutely terrible service.
