Fantastic site Easy to find product I needed.at a price very competitive. And fantastic delivery less than 24hr.so my dishwasher wasnt out of action for long thank you so much. Have put the site on speed recall for next time any of my machines go wrong in the future. Service like this is very RARE these days.

Really! Really! Bad customer service in fact none what's so ever, they do not get back to you only with automated emails with no relevance what's so ever beware if you need help even if it is wrong part etc you may not get it, I am still waiting 5 weeks later

Good price, on time delivery and excellent communications

First time using this site. Easy to find the item required and to check that it fitted my machine. Ordering was straightforward. The regular updates on the progress of the order was comprehensive and the item was delivered earlier than expected. An excellent service which I would recommend.

Order process was efficient and delivery quite speedy. The parts were well packaged and the item exactly what was ordered.

Able to search fridge model number and get list of correct spares. Ordered and fitted. Easy!

Ordered a lower basket dishwasher rack. Tracking info. was not correct, so was unable to track the delivery and no response from the company. Package arrived a day late and then discovered it was missing a row of pins essential for stacking plates. Have tried contacting Spares2repairs several times only to receive the same generic reply each time !? It seems the company is quite happy to receive orders but are unable to provide customer support when things go wrong. I still hope to resolve this issue but in the mean time I will not be recommending this website.

Further to my earlier review of poor service, Spares2 repair finally phoned me and immediately dispatched a replacement part. Although it took a while to get matters resolved the Company eventually came through so full credit to them.

Relatively easy to find parts and get confirmation that they would fit. Ordering etc. was easy and there were regular updates to the order status. Parts arrived well protected but without excessive packaging.
