Ordered a new circuit card from Spares2Repair for my LG SN7Y Woofer as it stopped connecting to the sound bar. Apparently this is a common fault with the LG Woofers! The part, which now has modified circuitry, was very easy to find on the website and ordering was straight forward. So glad I did a Google Search and found Spares2Repair as I was contemplating buying a whole new surround sound system. This has saved me a small fortune. Will definitely use again.

Terrible experience. Replacement fridge jug ordered a month ago, the jug leaked on arrival. Customer service is appalling, same automated response time after time. Pictures and videos have been provided of the leaking jug but no resolutions. Still trying to obtain a refund or replacement.no luck so far.....avoid!

I scoured the internet for a replacement freezer pull down door. eBay was full of options, but many could not confirm the door came from the correct fridge. One online provider wanted £75. Spares2Repair came up as an options. S I scrolled through the huge list of repair parts for my fridge freezer. There was the freezer door I needed and just £16. Really pleased with the speedy delivery and product availability. Ordered Siemens door mount fix kit for dishwasher , received some sort of blade for a Smeg dishwasher. Paid for next day delivery. I really needed this urgently , I accept mixups but could not contact via phone and emails were ignored . Ordered from Ransom spares.co.uk and delivered next day . All I can say is communicate with your customers I await refund ! Hilarious I’ve just received an email ( bearing in mind it’s now August claimimg you responded) . Not the case sent numerous correspondence forms from your website , we returned the second delivery immediately and ultimately as no luck corresponding with the company had to claim refund from bank .

Customer service could be better on account of the CS phone line not working but brand new OEM OLED TV part at fair price + good delivery service too.
