sent wrong part ordered washer door seal paid extra for post and an over grill turned up, looks like a mix up with orders you can`t call as phone line doesn't take incoming calls and no email that sorts it been done here for 50£

Delayed delivery, when I ordered the parts on line the site stated that there were 5 in stock, I only needed 2. However, when the order went through I received an email stating that the parts were now on backorder with the manufacturer? It now had an estimated delivery time of 15 days. My order was placed on 31st March and I ended up receiving it on 13th May. (43 days to deliver) That being said the ordered parts are very good and the cost was competitive. It was just a shame that the site stated the items were in stock when they clearly weren't.

This is the first time I have used 'Spares2Repair", and I admit I was a little bit apprehensive about reliability etc, as anyone would when ordering from someone for the first time, as I generally order from bigger firms. Great to find small parts for expensive kit that would probably be written off by a repair workshop. If you have any desire and ability to fix stuff when it breaks down, these guys have a great inventory with good support docs. I was on the point of buying a new £650 coffee machine..... but £20 and a couple of hours of my time and my 12 year old machi e was working as good as new!
