I bought through Nested. I was told on numerous occasions a service charge was fully paid. I checked and doubled checked and it wasn't. They might be good from a selling POV but I'd never buy through them again or recommend them.

Adam was excellent to work with from start to finish. He gave us great advice to help sell our property, a fair and realistic valuation and hence we had a buyer within 2 weeks and completed in 2 months. This was also due to the support from nested and recommending fantastic efficient solicitors. I would definitely use nested again to sell a property.

I could not be more recommending of Nested, but in particular Adam Anker. I moved to Nested having tried a bigger high street agent for a few months, and I was a little jaded by the prior experience. I was reassured by the model (where the agent receives the majority of the fee - so you know they are really motivated to work for you right the way through until day of completion), the data and the platform (I loved seeing the instant feedback, the number of attempts to contact enquirers etc). As we re marketed the property, seeing the data first hand helped me make decisions. Adam was a complete breath of fresh air, and I felt heard and supported the whole way through the process. He also made some outside of the box recommendations, such as getting a staging company involved who would also do short term rentals while we were selling it. This approach achieved us a £35k increased price point on where I had previously been marketing the property, and rental yield for the period we were showing, and then conveyancing. I accepted an offer within a few days or Adam re marketing it - having previously sat stale in a difficult climate for months where the only recommendations where price drops. I am so grateful to Adam, and cannot recommend him enough. He works really hard, and he communicates at every step in the process. Thank you Adam and Nested!

We sold our flat with Nested in August. We went with Nested as they'd sold a neighbouring property and we really liked the concept of being able to view feedback online and offer availability via their platform too. Our estate agent was really friendly and very proactive. I think Nested/we were let down somewhat by the conveyancing progressors. I appreciate as a middle man it's a tough job and you need to appease both seller and buyer but when you're the one footing the (not exactly small) bill for the service, you do expect not to feel like you're butting heads and being patronised. It felt like they were working for our buyers exclusively at times which was really frustrating. We had a longer chain so perhaps that made things slightly more stressful for them. Based on my own recent experience, I would strongly suggest avoiding Nested. They did very little and charged a lot for it. I had a long history with a founding partner in the business, having made contact back in 2018 before cladding issues and then Covid put everything on hold. Once we were free to move again in 2022, Nested were the only agent I went to, having remained in contact with the partner throughout. The initial valuations were extremely optimistic but we ended-up agreeing a sale price that was a little below market value. This was perhaps a foreshadowing of what was to come and was indeed pretty much the last constructive interaction we had with Nested, through what turned out to be an extremely long and difficult sale. Our buyer was actually far from sold on the property following his interaction with Nested and ended up knocking my door to ask for subsequent viewings. In his words, he would have walked away without the time I invested in him. This finally made sense when I discovered the partner had left the business after agreeing the sale. However it wasn’t until after a few more months of pain, when I outright pleaded for some advice that I found this out. I did then get some half-hearted guidance from the ex-partner (basically saying drop the price further), by which time I’d already done a better deal with the buyer. By the time we did come to close, 7 months of pain later, I reviewed the contract to confirm what I owed for this lack of service. I was quite shocked to be remined that Nested promised me 5 core services for their sizeable fee, yet they had barely covered 3 of them and ignored 2 entirely. (The final “FU” was their “hand over”, which involved texting the buyer to say they had left their copy of the door key with a random newsagent, even though the building has a 24hr concierge service.) When I stated that I wasn’t happy and they hadn’t fulfilled their side of the contract, suddenly there was flurry of activity and new person appeared in my emails, as it turns out the other member of staff assigned to my sale was also now on extended leave. They did put my case forward for internal review, which concluded with a verdict that the service they provided us was just great. Utterly shameless for them to think their fee is justified, especially when our solicitor did 100x more work for 1/6 of the money.

Chris was absolutely incredible from the very start to the very end. He had valuable time expertise on appropriate pricing, worked with the best photographer utilising the latest technology. Always responsive and followed up with the appropriate people/conveyancers as and when required. The best agent we have had the pleasure of working with - could not recommend more highly. Nested were recommended to us via neighbours who had recently sold their property with Sam White. We are very pleased we chose Nested! Sam was friendly, professional and really great communication throughout the viewings stage. The calendar on the app was updating regularly and was great to see feedback immediately after viewings. Once our property was 'under offer' we were handed over to a Conveyancing Progressor. Davina and Nicole were super proactive, responded immediately to any queries, very friendly and Davina kept me calm when things ever got stressful! I purchased a property with Nested and I can't recommend them enough Both Andy the agent and Davina have been INCREDIBLE! The whole sale took less than 3 months with a big chain to be fair, but it was painful but a little stressful which is expected as always. If ever in doubt.... Nested are your guys!

People tell you that buying a property is one of the most stressful things you can do, but you never really believe those rules will apply to you until you're actually doing it. Buying my first place was full of unpredictable and nail-biting twists and turns, but the support at Nested was spectacular. My conveyancing progressor, Nicole, was there every step of the way and was a seamless communicator between the seller and me when things got sticky! Her colleague, Davina, who covered while Nicole was on holiday was also brilliant, as was Sam who showed me the place and handed over the keys. An excellent team and an excellent service.

I just sold my flat with Nested and couldn't rate them highly enough. From the first meeting with the agent Laura Mahoney, to completing the transaction, the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. First of all, Laura helped me market the property in the best possible way, and gave me a valuation far more in line with expectations and the local market, than any other agent I spoke to. She really understood my property and found great comparables in order to give me a fair valuation and then found me the perfect buyer. As for the sales progression - Nicole Snape was a total superstar. An absolute professional from start to finish, with a wealth of experience and intelligence, both practical and emotional that offered constant reassurance to all parties involved in my chain and provided a voice of reason at all times. I couldn't rate Nested highly enough and will definitely look to use them again if the time comes.

Davina has been so helpful, kind, informative and patient from the start and managed the whole conveyancing process. I found it quite confusing at times in regards to what we need to do and by when. Davina made it really clear what was needed, what stage we were at, what we needed to prepare next and she had direct communication with our purchaser, which meant she was managing this their end. This minimized delays and kept everyone on track, which is priceless. It’s really been a five star service all the way and I couldn’t recommend Davina enough.
