They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always quick to respond. They always gave us honest, straightforward advice and were quick and efficient in communicating with us. We always felt like they were being open, and giving fair and realistic advice so that we could make informed choices on what was best for us. They couldn’t have made the process easier with clear communication via their app, email or phone. The sales team, Reiss in particular, knew the area and development very well which gave us confidence that he was the best possible person to sell our flat. They ensured that they had all of the property details in advance, so that they could easily answer questions from potential buyers. You got instant feedback on viewings via the app, and then more detailed feedback once they’d followed up with the potential buyer, so you always felt informed and up to date. Throughout the conveyancing process, Nicole was excellent at keeping us updated, communicating between ourselves and our buyer, and chasing up our solicitor to ensure everything happened in a timely manner. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. It was our first time selling and she walked us through the process, and was available to answer questions and guide us where necessary. She was always on top of everything, ensuring that there were no issues with miscommunication between ourselves and our buyers and also our solicitors, which helped to make the process significantly less stressful. We also used the buying service, and Emily was fantastic at giving us advice for viewings and then guiding us on offers and what to expect. It enabled us to make offers feeling informed about the property, gave us confidence to offer lower than we potentially would have done and ultimately helped us to get a great deal on the property we ended up buying. Overall, we couldn’t recommend Nested more highly. We’d used other more traditional estate agents before, and Nested was a refreshing change. We didn’t get the sense that they were trying to win us over like most agents by stating ridiculous inflated market prices, but gave a realistic view on how the property would get sold and what strategies would be used. • Photos, marketing and 3D tours were effective, and I felt that Nested would listen to my feedback and update the Rightmove listing to however I wanted it – e.g. change the photo order, update listing information etc. • The colleagues at Nested were friendly, patient and clearly listened to the voice of the customer, rather than trying to prove they know more than you (again typical of other agencies). • Colleagues were knowledgeable in their interactions with property viewers. Nested were great from offer to completion. As a first time buyer, the whole process was quite daunting to begin with, however Nested made me feel like I was never going through it alone. Davina in particular was a massive help in getting us all to the finish line; constantly chasing different parties, keeping me updated with new developments, and quickly responding to questions I had to put my mind at ease. Nested were amazing when it came to selling up and buying somewhere else. Our 1-bed flat took 18 months to sell. they were the third agent we spoke to after listing with Foxtons and a smaller, local agent. Night. And Day. Jamie held our hands the whole way through though I would've forgiven him for losing his patience. We also used their buying agent service with Emily and I now can't imagine why anyone would ever buy a house without the advice she gave us. She save dus thousands. Jamie and Emily were very frank and candid with us: told us exactly what our options were whether it was good or bad new and we felt in control throughout the process. They both know the market inside out too! 💥 Nested charge fees similar to other agents but their service is a cut above. Not only only how easy the app is to use but also, the really human touch you feel throughout. I'm almost sad the whole process is over because we don't get to check in anymore. We have had an outstanding experience with Nested from start to finish. I think I have posted about Charley Burgess before, who sold our flat during difficult personal times for us - she was so attentive and it always felt like we were speaking to someone we could relate to /speak with at ease (which I’ve not really experienced with other estate agents) who was knowledgable and experienced and had our best interests in mind. Then more recently we have worked with Emily Askham who acted as our buying agent - she went out of her way to prepare reports for properties we were interested in, offering invaluable knowledge and strategy I just don’t think we’d have had access to in any other way! Once we were under offer she would regularly check in on how our purchase was going and provide really helpful advice on how to move things forward. Nested is a great business proposition and all the staff we had contact with (thanks to Sam and Ashley too) really reflected the values and offered exceptional service.
