I couldn't recommend Nested more. I'd previously listed my flat with KFH and the experience was completely different. Nested really took the time to give a reasonable estimate for my flat and the area, and the app was so easy to use. They had regular check ins throughout the process to evaluate how the viewings to date and if we needed to change tack. My estate agent, Sam White, was so helpful and communicative - always updating the app with feedback straight after the viewing. He really helped me get a sense of the buyers and how to navigate offers. And my purchase agent, Nicole Snape, was fantastic. There were some really thorny issues to iron out involving major works bills, and Nicole was invaluable in helping me negotiate these with the buyer - as well as offering advice on a reasonable solution for both parties. Both solicitors in the process were very tricky, and Nicole helped ensure there was always communication between myself and the buyer, giving more than daily updates in the final weeks to help get the sale over the line. I was hesitant to use Nested as an online service - and one without a huge customer base in London - but after my experience, I wouldn't use any other company in the future. Also their onward purchase service is fantastic. They offer a deep dive on any properties you may be looking to purchase after your sale, helping you to make a reasonable offer based on market data you wouldn't be able to find out yourself.

From the very beginning, our experience with Nested has been seamless. We could not recommend them more highly! We met Andy when we went to view the house we are now in the process of buying and he has been professional and diligent throughout, and his communication has been second to none. We instructed Nested to sell our flat, after our friend recommended them. I'm very glad we did. Initially we spoke to a couple of agents before we decided to go with Nested. We felt that Nested were a lot more straightforward and realistic about the market and what we could hope to sell our property for. I was impressed with the amount of research they put into the local market to help us decide the asking price. They were right. With other agents, we felt they would say anything to get us to sign up and were being unrealistic about the asking price. Plus Nested were reasonably priced comparatively. As we are buying a property, we've been dealing with a lot of agents and the difference is stark. The two Nested agents we worked with (one left the company during the sale) were so switched on, proactive and smart. Our sale was quite complicated and drawn out due to leaseholder issues (on our side) and i think Ruth really helped push it over the line. She was a massive support and we always felt she was fighting our side. The communication was excellent and we always felt able to raise any concerns with her. On a practical level, i loved the online dashboard for arranging viewings. We set our availability and the agent arranged the viewing without having to even call us. It was seamless. It was also great to see feedback from viewings and for tracking the process of the sale. This is the first time i have sold a property and i will definitely go with Nested, next time round. I have just bought my first home with the help of nested. I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. From the very start Ruth was extremely helpful and supportive, and was instrumental in bridging the gap between mine and the sellers solicitors. I dealt with a few other estate agents previously, with properties that fell through. Nested operate in a completely different, and much more ethical way (refusing to start bidding wars etc). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!

I have had a fantastic experience with Nested, and I hired them on the basis of meeting our local agent Reiss. I felt Reiss was open & transparent with me on the outlook of selling my property, the current market etc and far more approachable than the other agents I "vetted" :D . Then Nested web platform was also brill to see the interest in my property, viewings & the feedback. Allowed me to keep a close eye on the process & understand the market better as showed comparable data. Throughout selling my property the team have been always at the end of a Whatsapp / email & phone to help - especially important when navigating such challenging market conditions that we've seen recently. Nicole our Sales Progressor was also brilliant at keeping me calm, managing my expectations & advising on best next steps! Overall, I couldn't of had a better experience of selling my property through Nested and will recommend them wholeheartedly!

Having spoken to a number of local 'high street' estate agents and some other online players, we went with Nested as we were most impressed with their salesperson, Ceri. She was highly consultative as we worked up to going on the market, providing sage advice on the strategy. Ceri walked us through the sales process end-to-end and gave us the confidence we were making sound decisions. Once we accepted an offer it transferred to Davina in after-sales who was relentless in chasing updates up the chain. Whilst the sale and chain were not straightforward, both Ceri and Davina made it as simple and straightforward as possible. Could not recommend Nested more highly!

Selling our flat through Nested was great! Having used a different agent prior to Nested, from the initial conversation with Reiss Braniff, I could notice the difference. The pictures, virtual tour of the property and the ad were very professional and it was evident that a lot of work had been put in. Within a week we had 3 viewing booked and 2 offers (one over the asking price). After accepting the offer, Davina Alexis-Noel was our conveyancing progressor and was there every step of the way. From answering questions, providing updates, chasing the Buyer’s solicitors and much more. If it wasn't for her and our solicitor, I am sure we would not have completed the sale within 3 months. I have just exchanged contracts on my first house purchase and I've been really pleased with Nested! Especially after my first house purchase fell through at the point of contract exchange. Andy was helpful from the beginning in getting me the house viewing even though if I remember correctly it was around his birthday. After the viewing we offered and Andy was really swift at communicating with us regarding the offer, offer acceptance and what we needed to do going forward I.e. Paperwork to be sorted etc. Shortly afterwards Davina got in touch as our sales progressor and she was really helpful at pushing our solicitors to keep on top of things. Without Davina I can guarantee that it would have taken many more weeks if not months to exchange, but as it is I think it has taken around 9 weeks to exchange since the offer was accepted, and 11 weeks to completion. I don't think there's anything else to mention but I know compared to other estate agents I've dealt with that these guys have been a lot nicer and easier to deal with.

Nicole Snape was our Conveyancing Progressor and she did such a great job. Without her pushing things along, I'm sure we would not have met our target completion date. She did an excellent job of keeping us updated throughout the process, when solicitors on both sides were pretty terrible at communicating - we're really grateful for this as it made things much less stressful. We had already began the almost 6 month journey of purchasing the flat in Greenwich - first time cash buyer so we thought it would not take more than 2/3 months to complete the purchase - we were wrong. Nicole came on board to replace a member of staff who had left. What a difference she made. We can not praise her highly enough for her dedication, efficiency and professional approach.
