United Kingdom | 08 January 2019We would 100% recommend Nested as an agent to buy or sell with. Their communication is incredibly good, they keep you updated every step of the way and push the sale through from start to finish. We tried them as an agent after our home had beeen on the market for months with a different agent. Nested came in to our home learnt everything about the area and took stunning photos, their knowledge and passion won through as we received two offers in under a week! suburb all round service and I would recommend to everyone.

United Kingdom | 05 January 2019This will be the first time I have been tempted to leave a bad review for a company via a public post on Facebook. But, in this case I feels it’s completely justified. Let me explain why you should avoid Nested at all costs. Everyone knows moving house is incredibly stressful. Thanks to current market conditions, Brexit etc anyone who puts their property on the market these days is probably feeling insecure. This could be said for us but we decided to test our luck and we put our property on the market at the start of August. Few facts: 1. A property less nice than ours on the exact same road had sold 3 months previously for a price we would have been very happy with 2. Other properties nearby going for prices that we’d be happy with in the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2018 We had a few viewings but nothing came of them in the first couple weeks. I then saw some advertising from Nested on Facebook. “We can give you 95% of your property value up front before you’ve sold.” “Negotiate as a chain-free buyer and save ~4% on your next purchase.” “Our agency will get you the best price on the market.” Sounded too good to be true right. I thought nothing to lose and gave them a call, we had several phone conversations with one of their sales reps in head office. Each call was laced with comments like “you have to understand the market is not what it was,” “we will get you the best price possible.” Finally they sent round a different sales rep to meet at our home - we ended up having a debate with him, he spent the hour he was with us repeating in many different ways that the price today will be the best price for at least a year. He also brought some comparable which showed properties nearby which had sold for low figures, but they were far less nice. He omitted the real comparables which gave us the confidence we could get a good price for our place. To cut a long story short Nested made us an offer of 90% of their perceived value of our property. This 90% value was shockingly low. The offer they’d made would not have made a house move worthwhile and made us feel very pessimistic about our chances. We decided to try anyway and see what would happen in the normal market - 4 weeks later and we had an offer on our place confirmed which was £80k higher than Nested were prepared to offer and we sold for 12% more than Nested predicted our house will sell for. We’ve now completed on our sale and purchase. In my opinion people should avoid this company at all costs. Nested will breed fear into you to make you believe that you will get a far lower price for your property than you actually can on the market. If companies like Nested make a big impact on the property market, all they will do is to negatively impact the market by driving prices down. Rant over! All has ended well, but no thanks to Nested!

United Kingdom | 04 January 2019Nested have not only reinvented the wheel with their disruptive business model, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty with a sterling supportive and sincere service. There are simply not enough superlatives with which I can express the gratitude I feel for Josh and Becci and the others who have worked tirelessly to sell our house in a difficult market. Not only have the provided sound advice throughout process they also worked around challenges and sought solutions where lesser agents would have thrown in the towel. I can not recommend Nested highly enough.

United Kingdom | 02 January 2019Was sceptical at first, but from the moment I met staff like Emily I was put at ease. Have nothing but good things and can not begin to thank Nicole Snape who went above and beyond her duties and kept her head in a difficult sale( has it turned out) even when I had a bereavement of my mother 2 weeks before she controlled things with my sale n purchase, relieving me of stress...And sent me flowers . I am now in my new home, and it was worth paying a bit more for the proffesional staff at Nested. I am even sad I will not get regular calls from her. Would not hesitate to use again.

United Kingdom | 25 December 2018I can see the benefit for a seller of a property however as a buyer, it soon becomes very conflicted. Such as telling me that the vendor needs to approve my offer when actually it's the risk committee at Nested. I didn't feel like the best and final process was run appropriately, especially considering I knew the other buyers offer within 1% accuracy; feels more like a method to bid up both buyers (hence why it felt conflicted), as each £1 more was to reimburse Nested.

United Kingdom | 18 December 2018My partner and I had been trying to sell our flat via traditional local agents for over 12 months before signing up with Nested. I was initially attracted by the option of the Nested Advance, which would have enabled us to purchase our new home whilst still trying to sell our flat. Whilst this is not a cheap solution, it was appropriate for us as we did not want to miss out on the property we had found. In the end, Nested found us a buyer which meant that we did not need to take the advance, with the whole process taking just under 3 months. We are very happy with the service and solutions offered by the team at Nested and would not hesitate to recommend them should you find yourself in a similar situation.

United Kingdom | 17 December 2018Hi, I have recently used Nested to purchase a property. I found them super proactive however at times I did feel a little rushed. They are all about simplicity and whilst that may be a benefit for the seller, it can be a little vague to the buyer. On the whole very good experience but at times I did feel pressured with little information. Thank you

United Kingdom | 09 December 2018Nested were great start to finish - they gave us a realistic view of the market from the outset and then worked hard to get us the best price in a difficult market. They were very responsive and kept us regularly informed. The Conveyancing Progressor (Becci) played a vital role in keeping our chain informed and moving forward - without her there is a good chance the chain would have broken down. This adds real value when compared to the traditional/high street estate agents, who in my experience tend to lose interest once you are under offer. I would definately recommend Nested.

United Kingdom | 27 November 2018Had a very good experience with this company. I was buying a house where Nested was acting on behalf of the seller and I found them to be professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Nicole was very prompt with responses to any queries I had and was always in contact, trying to keep the process moving by pushing both the solicitors. Highly recommended.

United Kingdom | 15 November 2018Very good service from Nested, the fact we could use the funds from the sale before the property completed suited our needs.

United Kingdom | 09 November 2018I bought a house from a seller who was using Nested. Nested, in particular Nicole, made communications with the seller far easier than would otherwise have been the case, particularly when the seller was being difficult. It seems to be a company with a good ethos.

United Kingdom | 09 November 2018I didn’t fit their criteria but Sam was still very helpful and provided a lot of value add information to help me and was very quick, knowledgeable and data driven. I would definitely recommend people to check out the Nested Service because of this!

United Kingdom | 31 October 2018I instructed nested to sell my home after no luck with a traditional agent. Nested were great and sold my home within days, at more or less the asking price (which was the same as with the previous agent). I did have some issues with the listing/photos and viewings process, but when brought to Matt's (CEO) attention he was very responsive and dealt with it personally. My sales progressor Nicole was very professional and kept me up to date when needed. This was welcome as my previous agent would call to give me quite pointless updates. The recommended solicitors were excellent and I was welcome to go in to their office to complete paperwork or discuss my sale and purchase. This was really invaluable to me. The reason I have given three stars is that, along with the upfront issues I had (which were resolved) I do feel that nested is geared towards those who need to sell and move house in a hurry. This was not the case for me - I just wanted my home sold quickly after four months of endless viewings and no results. I didn't need to move within a certain timeframe. However, nested guarantee to complete the process in 90 days (that's market, sell, exchange and complete) so there was alot of pressure to keep things moving which I was not always comfortable with. At times I had to dig in my heels and refuse to be rushed on matters that were important and needed time. Nevertheless, I undersand that they must strive to fulfill this guarantee, and from acceptance of offer to completion took less than three months, as promised. They also brought over a gift and bottle of champagne on moving day, which was a lovely touch. In all I would recommend nested if you really need to sell and move house in a hurry. For me, who never intended to use the advance and didn't have a moving deadline, the process was a whirlwind and rather rushed, so this is definitely not a 'one size fits all' model.

United Kingdom | 24 October 2018Although we were sadly unable to market with nested due to us being too much of a high risk for them in this current market Sam was incredibly helpful for us moving forward. Offering advice on local agent and, even emailing us details of the three market leaders in our area for our type of property. Such great service and so, helpful. Thank you.
