We have just bought a property that Nested we’re managing the sale of. Having had a disastrous process which ended up having to pull out of Nested were a dream to deal with. Very transparent and fair. They are tough negotiators so sellers should be confident in them getting you the best price. The company was created to quicken a laborious process and they certainly achieved this in our purchase.

The Nested USP, offering you money in advance for your property to enable you to go out and make offers, is the obvious selling point. However, when our property failed to attract the attention expected, the sales team really came into their own. We were lucky to have Josh & Izzie looking after our area who, even in an unfavourable market, were bringing in over 4 viewings per week. All of these viewings were followed up upon immediately and we received extensive feedback from every visit. When it came to offers these were handled excellently, in a professional yet friendly manner. I couldn't recommend Nested highly enough, thanks a million.

I had a valuation from Nested - they put zero effort into their valuation - just seeing an unrelated property on the same road and giving that number (different house, different size etc) which was almost £100k lower than other agents valued. They didn't seem to understand the housing market and then - to cap it all - handed out my email address to random customers! Do not trust this company with sensible valuation or your personal data.

Nested helped me and my family to move to our new home which wouldn't have been possible without making our old house chain-free. We also took out the Nested advance to purchase the new house. The overall experience was very positive. The staff I interacted with, were very professional and I found them to be quite honest. Emily was the sales person who first visited us to give an explanation of how Nested model works and that probably was the most influential meeting that helped us make our decision to try Nested. As the paperwork progressed, our old house was valued a bit less than the high street estate agents, which initially was a bit of a surprise to us. However, in the hindsight, I have to agree that their assessment was accurate and real, without the high street estate agents' pep talk to get your business. Even though we put our house in the market for a bit higher price than they thought it was worth, it did not help. We had to bring the price down to what they had estimated and then it was sold at the full value they had estimated! While going through this process, our agent Josh very patiently explained the statistics of user visits to the website, inquiries, viewing etc. to make sure that we understand the probability of house getting an offer vs. having to reduce the price. I found that conversation to be very useful and helped us make the right price decisions. Once we got an offer, Becci took over rest of the process and she helped us with the completion in less than 3 months of the offer, having a downward chain of few houses. I can't think of any particular bad experience in the whole process. I would only point out that Nested being a new model, we had to convince our preferred lender (a major high street lender) that it works without any risks and eventually their legal team agreed to proceed after the Nested progression team helped with the right documents. As more and more users use Nested, this model would be well-known to all lenders and should not be an issue. I would highly recommend Nested!

Purchased a property where Nested were the agent. Communicative without being pushy, easy to get hold of when needed, and fast to respond to issues. Nicole was excellent at managing the process from acceptance of the offer to exchange and completion.

I had a short time experience with Nested and I would certainly recommened them as being trustworthy and truthful. They have a great friendly staff working together as a team. How I wish more estate agent operate in same manner as Nested.

Nested weren't able to offer me an advance but I still rate them Excellent. There weren't enough similar sold properties in the area for an advance to be possible but did everything they could to help me out and were open and honest - to the extent they provided an assessment of the best alternative agents and also helped with valuation reports on my next purchase. There is real dedication to building a strong and trustworthy brand and addressing the major issue of liquidity in the housing market.

We had two sales of our property fall through and started to think we were going to miss out on our dream home. Our new property was a probate sale in a village where properties do not often become available - so the vendor was keen to sell and not short of interest. Engaging with Nested created certainty for all parties. We eventually secured a sale above the Nested offer and progressed through the transaction with the confidence of knowing that the offer was there if required. We were delighted with the service we received from Nested. Nicole in the Conveyancing team in particular was a superb point of contact and a great professional. Based upon our experience we would highly recommend Nested to remove doubt from the sale of your property.

And yet I'd still recommend them unequivocally. Why? Operating as the third agent (after we'd tried and failed with Foxtons and Wooster & Stock who both promised the world and delivered nothing), they came in and delivered actual, likely sales leads, with one moving forward to offer and several others interested / second viewers. The state of the property market and a change in personal circumstances meant that we didn't go ahead at this time, but once those things change, we will be going straight back to Nested. They underpromised and overdelivered at ever single step and genuinely cared about us and our property. Emily and Debora stand out as being great representatives of their company, but everyone we dealt with was equally professional. I just wish we'd gone with them to start with. We explored the advance option and while it works for most people, it didn't work for us due to peculiarities in our underlease. The contract and concept are clear, well thought out and easy to understand so can easily see how this could be game-changing for others.

We originally advertised our property with a local High Street Agent had a buyer who wasted our time for seven weeks unable to get a mortgage and then backed out. We then went for nearly three months without a viewing. In the meantime after searching for one year the house of our dreams came on the market in the exact location we wanted to be. Unfortunately for us three other people were interested all putting in offers at the asking price. The vendor made it clear he would go with the first buyer who had sold their house. We decided to Google other options we felt there must be an alternative option out there and we came across Nested, we had never heard of the Company. With nothing to lose we gave them a ring, the module seemed too good to be true. We felt sceptical however Anup visited and explained the process we were very impressed. He explained we could be a cash chain free buyer even liaised with the Vendor and his agent who were dubious about accepting us as buyers. He explained the process in a way which gave them confidence to accept our offer. We were thrilled we secured the house against what we thought was impossible odds. The service we received was excellent such a contrast to the original Agents who were shoddy in comparison. We dealt with Anup, Joshua and Tom who did the viewings and Nicole. Every member of the team was exceptional in the service they gave. The photographer was lovely even giving tips as to how to present the house and a young man produced a very detailed floor plan within a few days of their visit the house was listed. The open day arranged had 4 viewings booked in total over 10 days we had 9 viewings with 2 people putting in offers. Our accepted buyers offered just under the asking price, and Nicole helped them every step of the way. She explained to us we could probably completed without taking the Guaranteed Drawdown. It transpired we took the Guaranteed Drawdown to comply with the Vendors time scale however our house sale was completed shortly after. The day we completed on our purchase proved to be special by coincidence our granddaughter was born and we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Nested, which we thought was a really nice touch. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nested, we did hit a few bumps along the way, due diligence on the house must be completed, but Nested proved true to their word and assisted in every aspect of the purchase and sale. We are now living in our dream Country Cottage which would never have happened without Nested. Even if you don’t take the Guaranteed Drawdown we would recommend Nested as an Estate Agent you won’t find one better.

A great experience from start to finish. Our property was marketed and sold very quickly. There were a few delays on the sale as our buyer had chosen a bad solicitor but we had a designated liaison called Stuart who was wonderful at explaining things to us, sorting the issues with the buyer and making sure it got through. We didn't end up using the advance but it was nice to know it was there, especially when things were looking like they might not happen at one stage during the sale. This is a great idea and other estate agents should take note. We had tried with another agent before coming to Nested and had no confidence in there ability or knowledge. Nested seemed to know more about what was required than the solicitors!

Nicole from Nested has been the conveyancer attached to our purchase property and I have to say that she has been more helpful and responsive than our own solicitors by a mile. We were regularly updated with phone calls as well as prompted to do certain things if it would help speed up the process. She even chased up and down the chain on our behalf even through we were not technically her client. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them!

At a difficult time of year and with a protracted process due to problems in the lower end of the chain, all the staff at Nested have been brilliant. They have ensured that all viewings were carried out professionally, all the prospective buyers turned up ( that's a first) and the level of communication was exactly as I asked.
