Nested were excellent from start to finish. The agents that worked with us face to face were honest, personable, reliable, friendly, helpful and genuinely nice people. We were able to move to our chain-free new house way before we exchanged and completed on our property which made everything so much easier. I would highly recommend Nested.

They basically say they calculate their price for your house based on market data. When you ask them to show you completed selling prices your area for he last few months they then say we also base it on our views of where the market is heading. I found their sales pitch confusing and it bordered on misleading in my opinion. It feels like they just bid very low in the hope that only the most desperate seller will use them.

Very professional service that provides us security and comfort during our less-than-straightforward exchange process. Both Ed and Henry were very helpful from start to finish and were both swift to respond and proactive in getting the sea over the line. I would highlight however that the service is quite costly, and though we were offered a discounted fee and lowered the guaranteed amount as far as possible, the total absolute amount paid in the end was only justified by the offer of the guarantee so my advice to those considering Nested would be to think very hard about using them unless you are in a delicate chain as we were. If so, then they provide an excellent service at a price; if not, then a fixed priced online agent may be more cost-effective.

Both my boyfriend and I had flats to sell so that we could buy the flat that we had in mind. If we had not used Nested then we would still be sat in a complicated chain and the dream property that we now live in would be the home to someone else. Nested were really easy to deal with the entire way through, they work with you rather than against you which was my main concern when I first signed up to the concept. Any worries I had were very quickly allayed and I cannot recommend them more highly.

Nested is an amazing business model which I have no doubt, will be the estate agents for the future. Our move was not the easiest, requiring the sale of 2 flats in London in order to purchase our dream house in Bath - there were complications along the way including managing garden sub lease extensions, missing building regulation sign off of an removed internal wall and tight deadlines. Some of the issues Nested had not come across before but they were extremely accommodating and flexible. In the end, we only required the Nested guarantee on 1 of our flats. It was actually incredibly useful having access to my flat in London after we had purchased our house in Bath whilst the sale of my flat was being finalised. Could not recommend this company more!

Ultimately Nested were unable to help me, but throughout our discussions they were sensible, commercial, open & honest, did what they said they would, and a pleasure to deal with.

I got Nested's details from GetAgent and spoke with them over the phone. They were polite and friendly and well informed. I asked quite detailed questions and pressed it when I the answer wasn't clear. They stayed with me until I was satisfied that they had answered it in full. We agreed to speak again, as this is part of their process to give you think time. They call when they said they would and were again prepared to take as long as I needed. They are not cheap at 2% but not much more than those who charge 1.5% plus VAT. However, the draw down from the value of the property before the sale is very attractive to me and shows that there has been consideration given to people caught in chains or other financial situations. I have also recommended that a friend look at working with though. If either of us works with them and their standards are maintained, I'd be very happy to add the final star.

Nested enabled us to buy our new house. After chains breaking down and buyers pulling out Nested made it easy for us to buy our new house.

I can’t express enough what a pleasure it was to deal with Nested. They are professional, respectful, polite and realistic in telling you what will make your property sell quickly. The draw down facility made me feel secure (although I didn’t need to use it) and the transaction completed stress free. Super helpful and friendly. Company provided a lot of useful information about the market, and though they couldnt underwrite and transact on our house because our property is slightly unique, they pointed us in the right direction of the best way to sell it.

Really loved working with Nested, they are smart, genuine and they sold my flat for much more than I'd expected. All my doubts were totally disproved. Also, the best thing about them was actually how good they are at selling houses, not just the Nested Advance. Their use of analytics mean they price your property right first time, and get the right buyers through the door. Special shout out to the wonderful Alex! Only reason why it was a 4 not a 5 was things were not quite so smooth after offer acceptance but these are only minor grumbles.

Disappointed with Nested having got to the valuation stage but then choosing to walk away when the maths simply didn't work. Felt a little bit like a 'we buy any car experience' as all the early indications were that our current valuation of the property was fairly reasonable, but after going through the process and getting to the all important valuation, the value they applied to our property suddenly dropped by almost 10% (and 5% less than our high street agents suggested we drop to). Of course once you factor in the max 95% advance (where there's then next to no incentive for them to sell above this) that's at least a 15% discount on the original figures we discussed on the phone. There's absolutely no doubt that if I wanted to sell my property quickly, I could drop the price by 15%, and I'd also only pay only the normal agency fees of 1.5%. In the end, I couldn't see what Nested were offering me other than possibly a friendly service. In their defence, everyone I spoke to was absolutely professional, extremely well trained and really lovely so the team is great and I understand the idea is very solid but only *if the valuations are competitive*. I can see the model working for someone who's chain has collapsed so time is of the essence, but if you're not in a state of desperation then you'd be better off holding your nerve or just dropping the price with your traditional agents.
