Sometimes you have a lucky day. Our was when I contacted GOGO Boilers about our ailing boiler. Our needs were accessed and clearly explained. Alternatives were offered and no pressure felt. In all we met four of the staff who were efficient and friendly. I would and have recommended them to friends.

Promptly arrived to measure up and quotation received in the post the next day.

The technician, James, was very professional and completed the inspection in a timely manner. He was able to answer all questions that I had regarding the inspection and notified me each step of the process as he conducted the inspection.

Excellent service and fast turnaround engineers was very knowledgeably and gave me several tips on good housekeeping of ones boiler. Great stuff, nice to have a local firm who provide a great service.

Only a small job but The engineers that came talked to me a lot before starting works and genuinely felt they had our best intentions in mind. They offered some further works suggestions which was not pushy and gave plenty of options one way or another. Did what I asked for what they said they were going to charge so couldn’t really fault it.

Terrible value. 15min job to change 1 small boiler valve - £550 bill! £400 labour.. Managed to get £200 off but still insanely expensive. Avoid

Bad service, when they finally did turn up they couldn't fix the problem, didn't reply to emails, would not recomend.

I found GoGo Boilers on MumsTrusted.com Bromley. It was a Saturday at 9am and a bank holiday weekend. My boiler ignition wouldn’t work so had no heating or hot water. Spoke to Steve who said he would have someone come out straight away. By 2pm all was fixed! I would 100% recommend GoGo Boilers

I have used GoGo boilers in times of urgent need and they have always been polite, professional and helped fix the issue even when they were overworked and out of business hours. I will be switching to them when my current contract support ends this year.

Boiler installed last year. Seemed like a fair price, as far as I know a decent job done too. Will see how things pan out. Would I recommend GOGO boilers to someone else? Currently the answer is : Yes

Steve was amazing when I called about my boiler break down. He was patient and talked us through fixing the problem without a need for a call out. He even called back to make sure it was all working ok. Booked my next service with Gogo as much better than my previous engineer. Thanks again Steve.

A routine service that went the wrong way. 6 months later it came to light from a different company that the service was nowhere near good enough, and Gogo admitted as much - they had gotten rid of the engineer responsible for this and other complaints, yet failed to follow up his faults. Hope the other customers are all ok, this could have been fatal. A free next service was all they offered, but agreed to donate the charge to a local. charity ( as of a month later no evidence this has been done yet) Decent people, but too many better alternative plumber's. I won't be back.

Gogo boilers was recommended by my local community forum in lordswood, chatham, kent. Immediately contacted them via message. Next day member of the team contacted me. Very kind, excellent customer service. I gave details of what I needed done with the radiator in my daughter's bedroom. Reasonable price quote given compared to other companies I had contacted before. Richard, the engineer was punctual on the day of installation, friendly, level of professionalism is beyond. Just had a Valliant boiler installed by Simon great service very tidy and quick. An honest company as I misread the quote and thought is was £100 more but they put me right when they could easily have made another £100. Great company great service. Highly recommended

Had a engineer recently service my boiler (Paul). Never used this company before thought i would try a new local company. Was very disappointed with the quality of the work the engineer showed. From start to finish he was present in my flat for 20 minutes. His only concern was to sell me a new boiler rather than service it. Our boiler is only 6 years old and was telling us we needed a new one as parts where becoming difficult to find parts for our boiler. I find this absurd for a 6 year boiler. He also appeared very scruffy and was very rushed. As a non smoker i also didn't appreciate the smell of smoke on his clothing. Overall i wouldn't recommend this company and look elsewhere.

I used gogo boilers to service my friends boiler. My friend is 92 and frail so I wanted a company I could trust to be in my friends house without supervision as I couldn't be there. After a recommendation I arranged a date for them to attend. I checked back with my friend afterwards and he said the two engineers who attended were very good, they explained exactly what they would be doing, were tidy and kept him updated throughout the time they were there. I was really pleased that they put him at ease and did a good job. I would recommend this new company.

Gogo boilers were a great choice of company to completely replace my old boiler. Firstly their prices were more realistic than similar companies and keeping costs down was my main concern. Secondly, they were full of genuine advice and information and didn't try to upsell me anything/really honest. Finally, the work was undertaken quite quickly and efficiently and the workman was very polite and friendly. All in all I would strongly recommend them
