I don’t know how they get all these good reviews but I did notice their Google Maps profile got taken down. We had an engineer visit in December as our boiler was showing an error. He came by with a very superior attitude and told us our boiler is beyond economical repair and that we need to replace it asap, almost bullying us into agreeing to a new boiler. We were hesitant and we wanted another option which mean waiting another week in sub zero temperatures without heating for another certified gas safe engineer to check our boiler. All it needed was a sensor cleaning and more pressure in the expansion vessel, a total of £300. I emailed GoGo to complain about their engineer advising (pushing) us into a £3K unnecessary spend during a cost of living crisis and I received an angry call from who I assume was the director to ask me for more of my time, in order to have a senior engineer come by to check if indeed my facts were true. Needless to say this call made matters worse and I am now finding myself in the position of warning everyone against using this company who is only after profits! Shame on you!

I called out Gogo Boilers for the repair of my boiler which broke down on 21/12/2022, and an engineer promptly visited my house the following day. The engineer checked the boiler and announced that some materials had to be changed in order to make the boiler work again. He gave me an invoice of £665 +Vat to be paid if I wanted him to proceed with the job. I refused to go ahead with his proposal and he handed me a bill of £75+Vat totalling £90 for his call-out service. I promptly paid the £90 and he left. I called British Gas immediately he left for the same service. British Gas promised to visit the following day and we agreed a repair cost of £109:00 even before they visit. To my joy, British Gas came 23/12/22 and repaired the boiler. My boiler is now running as new! Imagine I went ahead with GoGo boilers, I would have paid £798 for the repairs. I have all my proofs in prints if anyone needs an evidence.

Woke to find the house freezing cold, no hot water and boiler not firing. Called Steve at GoGo Bojlers who had originally installed my boiler. He was extremely busy with numerous calls but found the time to talk me through what might be the issue. Unfortunately I could not make the boiler fire so Steve promised an engineer within the hour. The engineer duly arrived and eventually sourced the problem to a frozen gas regulator on the gas input outside the property. The regulator was loosened by a bit of heat and some banging and the problem was resolved. Special mention should go to the engineer, Ian, who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended

Had my new combination boiler Worcester Bosh fitted over a year ago and wanted to give it a year before I left a Review to see what customer service was like When the 2 fitters came to my home to fit the new boiler they were true gas professionals from start to finish the new copper pipe work they installed was doe so good with their lazer levelling instrument great job, have since had the boiler serviced by GoGo and I can confirm my boiler is running absolutely fine great boiler but more importantly installed by 2 men that know their stuff, Thanks lads will definitely recommend

I have used this company for over a year for my boiler service. I recently had a problem with my boiler and contacted them for help, I was called back an engineer was sent out to chatham where I live. A diagnosis was made I was told someone from the office would then contact to organise an appointment for the following day to sort this out. Following day the engineer that came the problem out then had another thorough inspection of the boiler and realised the initial diagnosis wasn't correct which I very much appreciated. To cut the long story short I ended up having a new boiler fitted. The engineer called Jack fitted the new boiler within two days. Very professional person, excellent customer service, turned up on time for the two days I had the work done, my house was respected, I keep everything clean and tidy. On completion of works which was excellent behond doubt, whole place was cleaned up and left tidy. Am enjoying a very good bath and shower from new combi boiler. Jack is such an asset to this organisation, louisa at reception who was always kind and helpful. Thank you so much for your services. Suzan. Jefferies Chatham Kent.

A clean and efficient installation at a great price. The only downside, having to wait nearly a month to get the GSC, which should have been done on, or immediately after, installation. I now have that, so I can fully recommend their services. Thanks Steve & Go-Go team.

I called in the morning after a heating issue. They sent someone in the afternoon. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I could not ask for more.

We booked a service for 2 boilers in the same house, the engineer came and didnt do anything apart from opening the from cabinet, check the fumes and then closed it. We asked if the service has been done and he said there is nothing to do in boilers and we paid £160, so he responded that this is for the education he is giving, funny. Avoid using Gogo boilers and ensure u check with them first before booking as what all they will do in the service. Complete rip off.

They are good with boilers, good with general plumbing and charge a fair price, I couldn't recommend them enough. I replaced my boiler with them, and recently they replaced my kitchen tap for me. Excellent service!

Called them up at 12:30pm on Saturday and was told that someone would pop in during the afternoon to have a look. We had no hot water and no heating. I called several times and no answer. Even sent an email. Waited until 7pm and still nothing. Left a note on the door as we needed to go and stay with family for the night. Having a two year old in the house and having to wait in the cold for nothing is really unforgivable.

No heating or water - had my daughters birthday to prepare. Tried my luck with GoGo Boilers and spoke go a friendly gentleman who did a few diagnostics and I am up n running. Saved myself a callout charge just by a few instructions from the engineer from GoGo Boilers. SUPERB and thank you

My boiler broke down on a day where the temperature was -4 degrees! I was on hold with British Gas for over an hour at this point (useless!). I called GoGo boilers and spoke to Steve. He talked me through a couple of steps and explained everything so clearly. He was very patient, professional and honest. Within a few minutes my boiler was working. I genuinely never write reviews but I don’t think I have ever come across an honest workman as him. I have saved their number and wouldn’t use anyone else in the future! Thank you so much!! I honestly couldn’t fault this company. This is the second time they have saved us, our fan on our boiler broke this morning, we called them and within a few hours they came round found out what we needed and returned by 5 pm. I really can’t thank them enough, we really though we would be waiting for days in the freezing cold for it ti be repaired

I first contacted gogo boilers at the beginning of October for a quote to replace a boiler and move to the loft. Managed to book in quickly, however I had to chase to receive the quote back. Agreed a date for the work and a deposit was paid (November), however when the engineers arrived on the day, they confirmed the survey carried out was wrong and we would not be able to move the boiler to the loft. Other options were suggested and they were very nice, however the office never followed up with me again on the agreed options as agreed, despite my numerous attempts to chase over the course of a month by phone and email. I understand its a busy time of year, but i will not be using them again. Esepcially as the survey and the reality of the work was not aligned. Very disappointed with my experience and the customer service.

James and his dad did a fantastic job fitting our new boiler. They were friendly and polite and kept us fully informed as the install progressed. We were consulted when any decision was required and they were the cleanest and tidiest tradesmen I've seen.

Had a boiler service on Friday 2nd dec 22 which was very thorough and professionally done. Very satisfied with everything and will continue to use go go boiler's in the future.
