Since GoGo Boilers installed my new boiler in 2020 they've come to do the service each year on request. I never have any trouble being offered a convenient date and time and they are always punctual, friendly and efficient. I am happy to recommend them.

One day our boiler just stopped working & we searched for a local shop that could help us. The next day James came in & explained the issues we had with our boiler. We decided that a new boiler would be the best way to deal with the issues. Cliff came in the following work day & worked proficiently to install our boiler & checked all of our radiators & hot water. Everything worked a treat! Cliff went the extra mile & taught us throughly on how to adjust the temperatures & pressure if/and when needed. The following day James came to install our thermostat & helped to link it to other devices around the house. I highly recommend Go Go Boilers! Cliff & James did an amazing job!

Brilliant service from GoGo Boilers. Received a quote within 24 hours and then booked for a new boiler installation within a couple of days. The engineer, Richard, was brilliant. What a nice guy. Lots of helpful advice and showed me how to work both the boiler and Hive thermostat as I had no idea! Thanks Richard.

I booked GoGo Boilers to remove an old rad and rehang a new one which also included adapting the pipe work. Our engineer was Cliff and he was great. Really friendly and professional :-)

I’ve had non stop issues with loosing pressure & my boiler not working, I called gogo boilers and had a lovely receptionist called Louisa who was very helpful and got me a appointment quickly I had an engineering turn up called Dave who resolved the issue quickly and was very professional. Very happy and was left with a nice warm home. Would 100% recommend.

As usual Go Go Boilers were efficient and did their very best.They recently replaced a shower unit and have since then sorted out an airlock in our central heating system during the bitterly cold weather. We will continue to recommend them

Themostat not working so made a call and booked for next day afternoon. They never showed! Said that they called to confirm but NO missed call and NO voice message. Rebooked for following day 8am to 12noon and called early to confirm - no show again!, called at 12:05 and told engineer would call with an update right away. No call. 15 min later got a call and were told were held back and will be more than 30 min. Daughter left freezing. Very dissapointed as previous service was good.

Hi i had a breakdown on Saturday evening which left me with no water or heating for nearly over 4 hours we did try and solve it ourselves but we had to phone gogo boilers in the end One of your engineers came within the hour Steve Bowden very happy with his service and it was up and running within 30 minutes !

We have just had a new boiler fitted by a fantastic pair of heating engineers, James and Terry a father and son team. James gave good advice or future project and really valued the time he spent discussing it all. The work looks great and all of the additional work needed in changing the boiler was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend GoGo boilers highly assuming all of there engineers are of this quality.
