Both engineers (only have Gabby as one of the names) were super friendly. The work was carried out professionally, quickly and everything was left as it was found.

I recently had a Valliant boiler fitted by James We initially thought that we would have to increase the size of the gas pipe But after installing the boiler and carrying out the required manufacturers requirements the gas pressure was fine and I saved £600 on having to install the new pipe Both GOGO Boilers and James were excellent reliable tidy professional and competitive If you require any boiler replacements breakdowns or services I would highly recommend this company Many thanks

Prompt response to investigate issue with hot water. Came to replace valves but took 3 visits to get hot water and heating back on afterwards. All working fine now though.

My toilet started flushing non stop then the flushing system snapped and the water started spurting up to the ceiling but I was at work and my son couldn't find the mains tap. I called Gogo from work and told them what was going on. They sent someone around to my house to stop the water asap then came back later to fix it after getting the parts needed. Absolutely brilliant company who I have used a few times now and feel blessed to have such an honest reliable company in my local area. I highly recommend GoGo Boilers and will never use anyone else!

I phoned with an issue with my boiler on a Sunday morning, within an hour they had a engineer sent to my house. The problem was quickly fixed and I really appreciated the engineer explaining what had caused the issue. Will definitely be using GoGo Boilers again and would highly recommend.

Following the breakdown of our boiler Gogo were quick to reply to my request for a quote, came round before anyone else, explained things more clearly and came in at a good figure. When I had a cheaper quote they were able to match it as I felt more comfortable using them. James fit the boiler in a day and was professional and polite and talked me through what he was doing. I’ve had two engineers come out, heating fixed, but the leak in the boiler was not. Cost £177 all together. If I want another engineer to come out it’ll cost £275 with no guarantee. Was going to sign up to a service plan but was told the boiler was 15 years old, which I have since found it’s not that old. Just wanted to sell me a new boiler. Unfortunately I won’t be using Go Go boilers again, which is a shame as they’re local.

Fixed the aging and complaining boiler rapidly and really helpful (solicited!) advice about replacement and other plumbing jobs in the flat we need doing. Will almost certainly follow up for those jobs. Really good thanks a lot

The GoGo engineer serviced our boiler and then informed me that there was a problem with the gas pressure from our mains gas supply. He explained that this was not something he could resolve, but he contacted Southern Gas on our behalf and coordinated the work subsequently performed by the Southern Gas engineer. I was impressed by the attitude and approach taken by the GoGo engineer - and, in fact, the Southern Gas engineer was also very complimentary about the feedback and cooperation he got from the GoGo engineer. First Class!

Engineer attended an urgent call for a boiler breakdown. They arrived within an hour. He was very informative and pleasant and explained in detail the problem. We ended up having a new boiler and this was fitted on the agreed date. Again the engineer was on time, very pleasant and did a great job. Very happy with them.
