Excellent service provided by Gabby who installed a replacement kitchen tap and levelled up the waste pipe under the sink. I have used GoGo boilers several times as they are local, fairly priced and do an excellent job each time.

I cannot believe the reviews are so positive for this company. My experience is that I have wasted two days on this company. Day 1 received a quote from Sharon for a service and Trv replacement. So far so good. Engineer booked in between 12 onwards. I phoned at approx 15.00 and Steve informed me that engineer would be with me in 15 minutes. At 16.00 Sharon phoned to say that engineer was stuck in Maidstone. So I said not a problem we would book for the next day. 2nd day. I rang at approximately 14.00 and Steve said that the engineer would be with for 16 00 - 17.00. suffice to say he did not arrive. No update, no callback and certainly no customer service. I did ring after 17.00 but as yet no response. Please be aware of the level of the lack of customer service. This has no reflection on the engineers as I never actually got to see one!!!! Update on review: Steve rang me to apologise for the lack of service. Partly due to workload on the days. I did explain to Steve that an update would have been appropriate on both days. Steve has now rectified the issue by having Richard and Gabby come around and service my boiler and replace my Trv. Both were professional and courteous. Thank you. We got there in the end .

Previous trades left out boiler not working (last trades took over a month). Operative Steve came out Saturday afternoon, identified the issue and return within 24hours with the right part and got the boiler correctly running.

So relieved to have found a professional and reliable plumbing and heating company after the last one went out of business. This morning Dave T called to let me know he was on his way and did a thorough job of servicing our 10 year old boiler giving clear recommendations in the A4 document he left with me. Rang round several plumbers on a Sunday and no joy, then I found gogo boilers and they were able to come out straight away. Steve arrived within the hour and replaced my pump. Was very polite and tidy, would highly recommend this company. I thought the price was very reasonable considering it was a Sunday.

Had my boiler serviced for the second time by Gogo. Will definitely use again. Communication with office good. Dave T, engineer arrived within agreed time slot. He was very polite, gave explanation of what was done. All in all Great service

I have had problems with my boiler for the last 3 month 3 different engineers attended from other suppliers even a Bosch Engineer. Took the call to use Go Go. best decision I have ever made the Engineer Richard took time to look at my boiler and found the problem saving me the cost of a new boiler. I was in for a new boiler but the testing process from front of house to the Engineers found out it was a new pump, once this Worcester gives up I will be back for a new boiler from Go Go . thank you sales team, front of house, Gabby and Richard an amazing Service. You should use this company.

The technician arrived latter than expected however on his arrival he proceeded to carry out the service. Once The service was completed The technician asked if I wanted to add an inhibitor to the boiler water for an additional £95, which I agreed to. All paperwork was completed satisfactory. The inhibitor cost was more then the service.

Gabby was excellent! Fixed the toilet and kitchen sink quickly and efficiently, she gave great advice and we would ask to use her again.
